This week the ecotrain community brings us an interesting topic how we deal with monsters, these monsters that are created in people's minds

When we talk about monsters, they are often the result of mental illness or of our emotions when we have no control over them
Many times these mental, neurological or emotional disorders can be produced by employment, marriage, social life, education, sexual abuse, among others that can disturb the mental state of people and form an emotional imbalance sowing in it depression and this leads to other elements such as fear, anxiety, paranoia that can lead us to suicide if we do not control
We have other types of disorders that are produced by alteration of brain waves at a neurological level such as psychosis, bipolar disorder or double personality, behavioral disorders and dementia that can often cause direct damage to the person through self-injury

In view of all this it is said that mental health is the complete biopsychosocial well-being of the person but many times having an imbalance due to determining factors alters the mental health of the individual, family and community, which we can do in the face of these situations that patients present
There are mental illnesses that can only be controlled with psychotropics in the case of bipolar people or people with a double personality since they present a neuronal problem and the same as people with senile dementia and parkinson but many times the burden of these monsters is for the person who takes care of him because the role of the caregiver is altered and then instead of having a sick person we will have more sick people with depression

Now the important thing is how we can help a person who is presenting these monsters that have caused depression, fear, anxiety, despair, can not sleep well and live agitated all the time and in turn stress the family and therefore they may also suffer from depression
Let's remember that depression can be caused by sadness and that sadness can be produced by a trigger in that person producing thoughts that can lead them to cause confusion in their life

I have been in the mental health program for two years doing therapy to patients. Many of those patients who come there are because they have depression, fear and anguish, mostly because they are going through a family grief, sometimes it is a little difficult to tell the patient to be tolerant because they feel distressed, remember that fear is an emotional state and that it produces thoughts and images that can alter our neural system
The important thing is that in order for that person to be tolerant of both the patient and the family member, that patient must accept that he or she has a problem and needs help
When the patient accepts that he is in a bad state, he proceeds to talk to the doctor to find out what caused this imbalance

What we must do above all is to seek professional help where it helps the patient who presents this symptom or pathology to channel, in my particular when I receive a patient like this, the first thing is to breathe deeply to stabilize their energies
Then I begin to talk to the person seeking a balance in their emotions so that they can completely release their fears, many times the patient or the person who is going through a situation what they need is to cry and vent, talk to someone who listens to them, who understands them and who helps them
Also simply give him a hug to express the love that in spite of the problems life goes on and that we should have strength and that God is present helping us at all times
When the person is afraid we have to make him have a sleep cure and he has to hold on to something and occupy his mind so that his thoughts are stabilized, we have to look for him to distract his mind outdoors or creating crafts or other activities, we have to teach him to be tolerant and that in life everything has a solution

First of all this let us also remember that the family member assumes the role of caregiver and also goes through what the patient goes through, this family member is the one who has to work tolerance and patience so that he can take care without pressure and stress, my patients and family members advise them to relax through relaxation music , go out and breathe fresh air if it is possible to share with nature, perform exercises and therapeutic massages to balance tensions at the level of muscles, talk about problems in a leisurely way and seek therapeutic help, perform daily meditations, perform activities that distract the mind and the best therapies of all is to show our affection with hugs and affection so that the patient feels the affection to this we call hug therapy

This is a fairly broad issue but the important thing is that these monsters can be fought if the patient is in a position to have help and capturing their problem and that they must be patient to control their emotions just like the one who assumes the role of the caregiver

We always have to look forward at every sunrise because a new day awaits us
