You will know from my post Art Talk: National Gallery of Art 2021 how much I adore the National Gallery of Art.
The National Gallery of Art Sculpture garden is located to the west of the gallery and has some great modern art.

Thinker on a Rock
I like how Barry Flanigan did this bronze and when you see it you think of Rodin's thinker and then it makes you think.
Did he copy Rodin? Is it copying if it is an animal instead of human? What are the similarities? What are the differences?
I included the Rodin sculpture that I took in the gallery.

Unititled
This on is a bit hard to see. It is new since I lived in DC and a bit hard for me to understand. How did Christopher Wool get this piece in such a prestigious art gallery? It isn't even titled. Maybe I should do some research and learn more about Christopher Wool.
