Recuerdo que entre los primeros concursos de arte de Splinterlands (antes Steemmonsters), este personaje fue uno de los ganadores. Cuando lo ví me pareció completo y original. Grande fue la sorpresa cuando en el lanzamiento de cartas beta reapareció el Pirata.
I remember that among the first art competitions in Splinterlands (formerly Steemmonsters), this character was one of the winners. When I saw him he seemed complete and original. Big was the surprise when in the beta card release the Pirate reappeared.
A tejer:
Se inició tejiendo las piezas por separado (cuerpo, cabeza y extremidades), para luego unirlos (figura 1). Los colores variaron de acuerdo al personaje. Conforme se avanzó con el tejido se fue rellenando con napa siliconada (figuras 2 y 3). Se le agregó las orejas y la pañoleta (figura 4). Se le agregó un par de ojos, cejas y cabello, estos fueron colocados con aguja y fieltro (figura 5).
It began by weaving the pieces separately (body, head and limbs), and then joining them together (figure 1). The colors varied according to the character. As the weaving progressed, it was filled with siliconized nappa (figures 2 and 3). The ears and the scarf were added (figure 4). A pair of eyes, eyebrows and hair were added, these were placed with a needle and felt (figure 5).
Por último se tejió el chaleco, los detalles de la camisa y los accesorios (la espada y pistola). Finally, the vest, the shirt details and the accessories (the sword and the gun) were woven.

Dato curioso: Se tejió con un crochet de 2.5 milímetros, por lo que el amigurumi tiene 9 centímetros de altura.
