En estos tiempos de cuarentena,una de las actividades que me gusta hacer es cocinar e inventar recetas de postres, pero en esta oportunidad realice un plato sencillo como son los pastelitos.

Los pastelitos criollos están hechos con una masa crocante y hojaldrada. Para rellenarlos se puede utilizar queso, jamón, carne, pollo, pescado o tambien con dulce de leche.

Se pueden cocinar fritos o al horno, en el primer caso se fríen aceite hirviendo. Una vez fritos se colocan en papel absorbente y a comerlos con un delicioso café o jugo.

In these times of quarantine, one of the activities that I like to do is to cook and invent dessert recipes, but this time I made a simple dish such as pastries.

The pastelitos criollos are made with a crunchy and flaky dough. To fill them you can use cheese, ham, meat, chicken, fish or also with dulce de leche.

They can be cooked fried or baked, in the first case they are fried with boiling oil. Once fried they are placed in absorbent paper and eaten with a delicious coffee or juice.
