I have been doing Share Our World posts for years.
I am excited to find the Introduce Your City community. I live in Mesa and work in Tempe both are very close to Phoenix. So I am going to consider my city the greater Phoenix area!
My brother and sister law came into town recently and I went places with them that I had not been before even though I have lived here for 15 years. I know, it happens to most of us.
Butterfly Wonderland
Located in Scottsdale, Arizona
Arizona Boardwalk
According to their website there are 70 different species of butterflies in the exhibit. Here is a view of the conservatory, where all the butterflies are. There was a really cool 3D film "Flight of the Butterflies" that we watched before going into the conservatory.

This Blue Morpho was my favorite. I color is amazing!
Here are a bunch of Blue Morpho's drinking. I stood there a long time hoping to get a good picture of the blue.
The cost is of admission is $25.95 which I think is too much for an hour experience. They do have lots of promotions to combine it with another attraction at the Arizona Boardwalk. We also did the Odyssey Aquarium. Together they made for a very nice afternoon.
Of course I had to get some plant pictures too.
