Havnoe windmill is situatet in the north - east part of Denmark. The mill is an octagonal mill which is thatched. It' the oldest active windmill in North Jutland, built in 1842. It was restoret sometime between 1995 -2001 and functions now as a museum. It located close to Mariager fjord. I was here in 2014, but when I was a child, growing up in the small city of Hadsund, we would often bicycle along the fjord and often we ended here at this mill. I have great childhood memories of this place.
