¡Hola querida comunidad de Hive! un gusto saludarlos nuevamente, cuando lei sobre esta iniciativa que esta realizando @starstrings01 quede encantada, porque me alegra mucho ver que existan personas que quieran ayudar de corazón a los demás miembros de la comunidad a crecer, sobre todo a los recién llegados, para los cuales muchas de las cosas aquí son desconocidas y andamos como perdidos, ¡Gracias por eso, porque quiero unirme!

Sinceramente yo me registre en Hiver el 18 de septiembre del año 2020, gracias a la invitación de mi cuñada, pero la verdad no tenia idea de como era todo esto, también que no tenia computadora con internet, hace como un mes logre tener el internet y mi cuñada me invito nuevamente a que empezara a publicar por mi cuenta en Hiver. Pero realmente hasta ahora es que voy entendiendo un poco como funciona la aplicación y me ha costado el proceso.
Honestly I registered in Hiver on September 18, 2020, thanks to the invitation of my sister-in-law, but the truth is that I had no idea how it was all this, also I had no computer with internet, about a month ago I got the internet and my sister-in-law invited me again to start publishing on my own in Hiver. But really until now is that I am understanding a little how the application works and it has cost me the process.

Esta iniciativa se programa mensualmente y tiene como propósito ayudar a los recién llegados a la comunidad de Hiver, para que entiendan el uso de la aplicación y para que puedan desarrollarse como escritores de calidad dentro de Hiver. This initiative is scheduled on a monthly basis and is intended to help newcomers to the Hiver community to understand how to use the application and to develop as quality writers within Hiver. De acuerdo a los requisitos para poder participar en esta iniciativa, es compartir en el servidor de Discord SMILE mi publicación introductoria, la cuál ya realice bajo el canal #newbie-introductory-post.
According to the requirements to be able to participate in this initiative, is to share in the Discord SMILE server my introductory post, which I already made under the channel #newbie-introductory-post.
Estoy segura de que soy un novato ya que, mi reputación es menor a 60 y HP inferior a 500. Mi poder de colmena es 23 HP y mi reputación es de 53,23. Ya he configurado la publicación de mi aplicación al 100% de mi Hive Power.
I am sure I am a noob since, my reputation is less than 60 and HP less than 500. My Hive Power is 23 HP and my reputation is 53.23. I have already set my application publishing to 100% of my Hive Power.
3. ¿Cuál es mi propósito o razones de participar en esta Iniciativa?
3. What is my purpose or reasons for participating in this Initiative?
En primera instancia mi propósito han sido todos los beneficios positivos que tiene Hiver, también que es una plataforma que nos permite poder ayudar a otras personas, y de verdad me gustaría poder aprender todo lo relacionado a Hiver para compartir con otras personas esta gran oportunidad que nos brinda Hiver y a su vez ayudar al crecimiento de la aplicación.
In the first instance my purpose has been all the positive benefits that Hiver has, also that it is a platform that allows us to help other people, and I would really like to learn everything related to Hiver to share with other people this great opportunity that Hiver gives us and in turn help the growth of the application.
Y me gustaría luego de participar, poder apoyar a @starstrings01 al crecimiento y expansión de esta iniciativa, para que llegue a muchos más novatos. En lo personal me gusta escribir mucho, sobre cualquier cosa, es una manera de liberarme de mis pensamientos diarios y que Hive te de la oportunidad de sacarle provecho a tus escrituras me parece genial, por eso me siento tan feliz de estar aquí gracias a mi cuñada @glokshine.
And after participating, I would like to support @starstrings01 in the growth and expansion of this initiative, so that it can reach many more newbies. Personally I like to write a lot, about anything, it's a way to free myself from my daily thoughts and I think it's great that Hive gives you the opportunity to make the most of your writing, that's why I'm so happy to be here thanks to my sister-in-law @glokshine.
