Today I bought a Rohu fish weighing 1 kg from the market. Then after bringing it home, I peeled the fish, cut it into pieces, washed it well with water and put it in a container.
Then I took a big look at Colocassia and first I peeled Colocassia's skin. Then cut the Colocassia into vertical pieces and wash with water and put in a container.
Then I take two onions and garlic. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. At the same time I take some raw chillies and cut them, wash them and put them in a container.
Then I put salt and turmeric powder on the cut pieces of Rohu fish. Then I leave the fish pieces to fry in the pan with a little oil. Then when the fish is fried, we take the pitch one by one and put it in another container.

Then put salt and turmeric in the same oil in the pan to fry the chopped Colocassia pieces. Then stir fry the colocassia for a while and actually put them in a container.

Then lightly fry the onion and garlic in the pan and put it in another pot.
Then in the final step I fry the fried colocassia and onion, garlic in the pan. Then add 3 teaspoons of salt, 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder and raw chilli. Then mix it all together well. After mixing well, pour enough water in it and add the fried fish pitches. Then when the curry starts to boil a little, I cover the pan for about 7 minutes to cook well. After 6 minutes of cooking, I turn off the gas stove and spread cumin and coriander powder on top of the curry. This enhances the taste of the curry.
