El día de ayer entre un grupo de amigos nos pusimos un reto sobre cuál expresaba mejor el superpoder que le gustaría tener; yo lo hice de la siguiente manera y te lo quiero compartir a ver qué piensas tú.
Voy a probar suerte a ver cómo me va ideando con la ayuda de mi imaginación el superpoder que me gustaría tener. Me voy a valer de una historia ficticia donde partiendo de la descripción del lugar tendré mi respectiva actuación en el escenario planteado. Te invito a que me acompañes hasta el final. Empecemos…
En un lugar muy, muy, muy lejano de nuestro planeta tierra, incluso fuera de nuestra galaxia la vía láctea existía un mundo (este mundo se llamaba Alelos) que tenía unas características muy peculiares: Era aproximadamente un millón de veces más grande que la tierra (no te sorprendas ya que Saturno, un planeta de la vida real es 1300 veces el tamaño de la tierra), sus ciudades eran muy distantes entre sí (las más cercanas estaban a quince mil kilómetros de separación) lo cual tal vez influía en la apatía de los seres que allí habitaban (prácticamente cada quien vivía su vida sin preocuparse por el otro), pero lo más consternante era que los villanos que en ese mundo había, hacía ya bastante tiempo que se hicieron con el gobierno de cada ciudad.
Yesterday, among a group of friends, we set ourselves a challenge about which one best expressed the superpower he would like to have; I did it in the following way and I want to share it with you to see what you think.
I'm going to try my luck and see how my imagination comes up with the superpower I'd like to have. I will use a fictitious story where, based on the description of the place, I will have my respective performance on the proposed stage. I invite you to accompany me until the end. Let's start...
In a place very, very, very far from our planet Earth, even outside our galaxy the Milky Way there was a world (this world was called Alejos) that had very peculiar characteristics: It was approximately a million times bigger than the earth (don't be surprised since Saturn, a real life planet is 1300 times the size of the earth), its cities were very distant from each other (the closest ones were fifteen thousand kilometers away) which perhaps influenced the apathy of the beings that lived there (practically everyone lived their life without worrying about the other), but the most disconcerting thing was that the villains that were in that world, had already taken over the government of each city a long time ago.
¿Por qué pasaba esto? ¿Acaso no existían superhéroes en ese planeta? Sí, claro que sí; incluso existía una universidad (Mansión Omega) en una ciudad llamada Veg, en donde se impartía la educación necesaria que les acreditaba como defensores oficiales de las ciudades.
La certificación consistía en que una parte del alma de cada superhéroe se sellaba en un frasco y se almacenaba en una bóveda de la universidad que multiplicaba sus poderes al mil por ciento.
Los superhéroes eran transportados en una nave espacial (Falcón centenario) súper rápida y económica en su combustión que luego de sus estudios también les trasladaba a sus respectivas ciudades, cuando se volvían a separar y estar distantes entre sí, sin ninguna posibilidad de comunicación.
Los villanos habían descubierto un arma que a pesar de la distancia les unía y fortalecía cada vez más. Esa arma era el odio. Éste le permitía a los villanos comunicarse entre sí, planificar estrategias de dominación e incluso compartir las debilidades de cada superhéroe, ya que el villano (Rekoj) que dominaba la ciudad de Veg había hecho explotar la nave que les trasladaba y se había apropiado de los frascos de la bóveda de Mansión Omega.
Why did this happen? Were there no superheroes on that planet? Yes, of course there were; there was even a university (Omega Mansion) in a city called Veg, where they were given the necessary education that accredited them as official defenders of the cities.
The certification consisted of a part of the soul of each superhero being sealed in a flask and stored in a university vault that multiplied their powers a thousand percent.
The superheroes were transported in a super fast and cheap burning spaceship (Falcon centenary) which after their studies also took them to their respective cities, when they were separated again and distant from each other, without any possibility of communication.
The villains had discovered a weapon that despite the distance united them and made them stronger. That weapon was hate. It allowed the villains to communicate with each other, to plan strategies of domination and even to share the weaknesses of each superhero, since the villain (Rekoj) who dominated the city of Veg had exploded the ship that was transporting them and had appropriated the jars from the vault of Omega Manor.
Así las cosas, todo parecía perdido, hasta que llegó un tiempo donde en la misma ciudad de Veg, pero entre sus periferias y escondido de Rekoj, nació, creció y llegó a la edad adulta un ser llamado Gekú, con un superpoder especial: la tele transportación, que como simplemente era poder trasladarse de un lugar a otro instantáneamente (sólo con pensarlo) no necesitaba ninguna certificación que potenciara su eficacia.
Gracias a este superpoder y después de muchas aventuras, Gekú pudo recuperar los frascos de las manos de Rekoj. Y no sólo eso, también logró robarle el cuaderno donde estaban todas las comunicaciones entre los villanos, pero lo más importante, descodificó cuál era el arma que a pesar de la distancias les unía y fortalecía a los malos, que por si no recuerdas era el odio.
Gekú en un abrir y cerrar de ojos fue a cada lugar donde se encontraban sus otros amigos superhéroes y les dio tanto el frasco que contenía el alma de cada uno, para recuperar el máximo de su poder, y la clave para poder unirse entre sí, como los malos, pero para hacer el bien.
Gekú les dijo que si el arma que unía a los villanos era el odio, el arma que uniría a los buenos era el amor. Que nunca dejaran de amar, que ensañaran a amar y que desde ese amor crearan una red comunicacional entre todos, para blindar al planeta de cualquier otro posible ascenso del poder oscuro de las tinieblas.
Thus, everything seemed lost, until a time came when in the same city of Veg, but among its peripheries and hidden from Rekoj, was born, grew up and reached adulthood a being called Geku, with a special superpower: teleportation, which as it was simply to be able to move from one place to another instantly (just by thinking) did not need any certification that enhanced its effectiveness.
Thanks to this superpower and after many adventures, Gekú was able to recover the flasks from the hands of Rekoj. And not only that, he also managed to steal the notebook where all the communications between the villains were, but most importantly, he decoded what was the weapon that in spite of the distance united them and strengthened the bad guys, which in case you don't remember was hate.
Geku in the blink of an eye went to every place where his other superhero friends were and gave them both the jar that contained the soul of each one, to recover the maximum of their power, and the key to be able to unite with each other, like the bad guys, but to do good.
Geku told them that if the weapon that united the villains was hate, the weapon that would unite the good was love. That they would never stop loving, that they would teach love and that from that love they would create a communication network between all, to shield the planet from any other possible rise of the dark power of darkness.
Colorín colorado esta historia he terminado… Espero te hayas entretenido, la hayas disfrutado y, sobre todo, hayas descubierto quién soy yo…sí, así es, soy Gekú, en referencia a Gokú de la historia de dragón ball que también se teletransortaba, pero también porque mi nombre es Jesús. Además, en la historia, soy del planeta Alelos, porque mi apellido es Alejos.
En la historia que he construido también hago referencia de manera indirecta a otros personajes, lugares y objetos de historietas. Te reto a que en los comentarios me digas por lo menos uno, y qué piensas de ellos.

Finalmente, te presento algunas aplicaciones de mi historia a las circunstancias actuales que estamos viviendo y como mi superpoder de teletransportación me ayudaría.
- El planeta Alelos se asemeja a la realidad de nuestra tierra en cuanto, paradójicamente, vivimos en un mundo donde muchas veces podemos estar muy cerca físicamente pero lejos del otro en cuanto somos indiferentes ante él y no le comprendemos.
- También este planeta se asemeja a algo que palpamos: el triunfo de los malos gracias al buen uso de su astucia para unirse en el mal que hacen.
- Por eso, usaría hoy mi poder de teletransportación para estar cerca de las personas que quiero y que, además por la pandemia actual, nos tiene distanciados hasta físicamente.
- Para llegar – en un abrir y cerrar de ojos – allí donde pueda hacer el bien y, de esta manera, dar ejemplo de que es el amor el auténtico superpoder que cambia el mundo y el corazón de los hombres. Por eso, en la historia que te he contado mi superpoder coexiste con el de otros superhéroes porque estoy convencido que cuando actuamos todos conjuntamente, el bien que podemos hacer es siempre mayor y mejor.
- Esto principalmente es lo que yo haría hoy si tuviera este superpoder. Y tú, ¿qué harías?
Finally, I present you some applications of my story to the current circumstances that we are living and how my teleportation superpower would help me.
The planet Alelos resembles the reality of our earth in that, paradoxically, we live in a world where we can often be very close physically but far from the other in that we are indifferent to it and do not understand it.
This planet also resembles something we feel: the triumph of the bad guys thanks to the good use of their cunning to unite in the evil they do.
That is why today I would use my power of teleportation to be close to the people I love and who, because of the current pandemic, have us distanced even physically.
To get - in the blink of an eye - where I can do good and thus give an example that love is the true superpower that changes the world and the hearts of men. That is why, in the story I have told you, my superpower coexists with that of other superheroes because I am convinced that when we all act together, the good we can do is always greater and better.
This is mainly what I would do today if I had this superpower. And what would you do?
