Hola a todos! Como es costumbre, quiero hablarles de una serie que vi este fin de semana, para así a modo de reseña mostrar qué me gustó y aquello que no.
Hello everyone! As usual, I want to tell you about a series I saw this weekend, so as a review to show what I liked and what I didn't.
Debo admitir antes de empezar, que he tenido mala elección de series en estas últimas oportunidades, por más que me las han recomendado no me han enganchado. Les digo por qué me sucedió con esta:
I must admit before I start that I have had a poor choice of series these last few opportunities, even though they have recommended them to me, they have not hooked me. I tell you why it happened to me with this one:
¿Quién mató a Sara?
Serie mexicana de la plataforma Netflix, fue estrenada en Marzo de este año, así que es uno de los nuevos estrenos de este servidor. Cuenta con 10 capítulos de 30-40 minutos cada uno, por lo cual en 5 horas puedes verla sin ningún problema.
Mexican series of the Netflix platform was released in March of this year, so it is one of this server´s new releases. It has 10 chapters of 30-40 minutes each, so in 5 hours you can watch it without any problem.
Cuenta la historia del asesinato de Sara, el cual parece un accidente, pero su hermano está determinado a probar que fue un asesinato y hace todo lo posible por desenmascarar al asesino, aun cuando son muchas cosas más las que él descubre.
It tells the story of Sara's murder, which seems like an accident, but her brother is determined to prove it was a murder and does everything possible to unmask the murderer, even though there are many more things that he discovers.
Mi Opinión
Cuando vi que era una serie de crimen y misterio, me imaginé una muy buena serie, de verdad, porque he visto otras de este tipo hechas por Netflix, y ha sido muy buenas, ésta en cambio no fue el caso.
When I saw that it was a crime and mystery series, I imagined a very good series, really, because I have seen others of this type made by Netflix, and it has been very good, this was not the case.
La historia principal, a medida que avanzan los capítulos vamos conociendo más sobre el asesinato de Sara, pero todo se descubre en los últimos minutos del décimo capítulo, y era muy previsible que sería así.
The main story, as the chapters progress we learn more about Sara's murder, but everything is discovered in the last minutes of the tenth chapter, and it was very predictable that it would be like that.
Sin embargo, no fue lo más molesto, lo que sí le bajó muchos puntos fue el añadir historias secundarias sin sentido a la trama, lo cual te distrae del tema principal, y llegan a ser tan abundantes a lo largo de la serie, que te terminan por fastidiar.
However, it was not the most annoying, what did lower its many points were adding nonsensical secondary stories to the plot, which distracts you from the main theme, and they become so abundant throughout the series, they end up annoying you.
Las actuaciones no son rescatables tampoco, falta de emoción y de adrenalina muy necesaria en el género, aquí ninguno lo supo desempeñar; diría que se enfocaron en buscar actores de buen físico, y no aquellos que llevarán mejor la historian.
The performances are not redeemable either, lack of emotion and adrenaline very necessary in the genre, here no one knew how to play it; I would say that they focused on looking for actors with good physiques, and not those who will carry the story better.
Pensamiento Final
Esta serie cuenta con una segunda temporada, próxima a estrenarse, y por si fuera poco lo que nos deja el último episodio es que nada de lo que nos mostraron fue lo que en realidad pasó, es decir, TODO ES DIFERENTE.
This series has a second season, soon to be released, and as if that were not enough, what the last episode leaves us is that nothing they showed us was what actually happened, that is, EVERYTHING IS DIFFERENT.
Lo cual implica, que tendremos que ver nuevamente 10 capítulos, para por fin entender qué pasó con Sara; ese cambio, no me gustó para nada, creo que Netflix se quedó sin una buena idea por desarrollar.
Which implies that we will have to see 10 chapters again, to finally understand what happened to Sara; I didn't like that change at all, I think Netflix was left without a good idea to develop.
Agradecería mucho alguna recomendación de serie que hayan disfrutado y deba ver, además si vieron esta serie no duden en comentarme su opinión!
