The chickens of the Splinterlands have had enough. For too long they have been kept in cages and pens. For too many generations their eggs have been made into omelettes, their breasts and thighs into nuggets, and their most pristine feathers into rather tacky jewelry. Under the brave leadership of a great hero known only as The Alpha Chicken, all chicken-kind is finally rising up against their oppressors. This uprising, all across the Splinterlands, is known as the Cluckening.
This week I wanted to make a fanart of this card, because I really use it in all my battles. Every battle I play I use this card and why not draw a picture of this card.
I started doing the sketch on my recycled sketchbook, as it is a very simple character, basically it is a chicken, it didn't take too long to make the sketch.
Once I had the sketch done, I started working with the color and since it is not a very colorful character, because it is practically white in its entirety, it did not take me long to apply the color to it.
Apply only two colors, orange and red, to finish by placing a not too dark gray for the shadows throughout the drawing.
Once the paint dries, I only had to do the work of the outline, linear or as you say, to give body to the drawing.

Las gallinas de los Splinterlands han tenido suficiente. Durante demasiado tiempo se han mantenido en jaulas y corrales. Durante demasiadas generaciones, sus huevos se han convertido en tortillas, sus senos y muslos en pepitas, y sus plumas más prístinas en joyas bastante pegajosas. Bajo el valiente liderazgo de un gran héroe conocido solo como The Alpha Chicken, todos los pollos finalmente se están levantando contra sus opresores. Este levantamiento, en todo el Splinterlands, se conoce como Cluckening.
Esta semana quise hacer un fanart de esta carta, porque realmente la uso en todas mis batallas. Cada batalla que juego, uso esta carta y por que no, hacer un dibujo de esta carta.
Comencé haciendo el boceto en mi libreta de dibujos reciclada, como es un personaje muy simple, básicamente es una gallina, no me tomo demasiado tiempo hacer el boceto.
Una vez tuve le boceto hecho, comencé a trabajar con el color y puesto a que no es un personaje muy colorido, porque prácticamente es blanco en su totalidad, no me llevo mucho tiempo en aplicar el color en el mismo.
Aplique solamente dos colores, naranja y rojo, para terminar colocando un gris no muy oscuro para las sombras en todo el dibujo.
Una vez seca la pintura, solo tuve que hacer el trabajo del delineado, linear o como se diga, para darle cuerpo al dibujo.
