Bananas are a tropical fruit highly appreciated in our country, it is considered one of the most complete foods. It provides three natural sugars: fructose, sucrose, and glucose, as well as fiber, it immediately raises energy levels, due to its high content of proteins, carbohydrates, phosphorus, Vitamin A, B, iron and minerals such as Calcium, phosphorus, iron, rich in potassium.

Cambur is present in various preparations, such as sweets, desserts, side dishes and main dishes. I love consuming it in my diet for its sweet taste and smooth texture, especially in my breakfast.

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup of wheat flour.
  • ¼ cup of Sugar (50 grams)
  • 1/2 cup of liquid milk
  • 1 spoon of vanilla
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 mature Cambur
  • 4 tablespoons of Butter
  • 50 grams of raisins.

Intructions


  • In a bowl, beat the butter together with the sugar.


  • Add the eggs one by one.


  • When the eggs are well integrated, gradually add the flour and milk while continuing to beat.


  • Incorporate the puree of cambur and the essence of vanilla and continue beating until obtaining a homogeneous and smooth mixture.


* Finally, add the raisins and stir.

  • Grease and flour an ovenproof pan and pour the previous dough into it. Then bake the camburian cake for 45 minutes.


Ready to eat this simple dessert to prepare, it does not take much time, but it is not a diet recipe or an elegant pastry dessert, it is a homemade cake that comforts, gives warmth of home and is also very nutritious.

  • Sprinkle with sugar and serve with a latte.
