Hoy es otro día maravilloso para mi, mi madre está de cumpleaños. Ya son 78 años de vida y espero me dure muchos mas para seguirla disfrutando, deseándole mucha salud sobre todas las cosas.

Esta mujer que me dio la vida se llama Carmen Lima, es la que me enseño a coser y a cocinar desde pequeña, la que salio hacia adelante con mis dos hermanos y conmigo junto a mi padre que ya no esta con nosotros físicamente pero se que donde esté nos cuida día a día.

Para hoy le preparé de regalo estos tres postres muy sabrosos que en trabajos anteriores ya se los he presentado y son: Quesillo de auyama, tartaleta de parchita y bizcocho de vainilla. Estos tres postres que preparé son de sus favoritos, hoy es su día especial para compartir y disfrutarla al máximo.
