When we talk about a coffee shop, these will always be represented by something special and unique, which undoubtedly allows all coffee lovers to be there united by the same feeling, no matter the time of day, a steaming cup of coffee fills us with the energy necessary to make something better.
Now, with so many varieties in coffee shops, it is normal that we lean towards a special one where coffee is the main drink and that the love for our elixir allows us to renew special moments. I have told you that here in my community bakeries or pastry shops are very common, but in my last outings I have had the opportunity to visit some different ones and from there I will start to share my entry in the weekly proposal number 107.
Bakeries are one of the great sources of work in my community, but there are 2 in particular that are the largest and most successful. I love going to the place and appreciating the delicious aroma of freshly baked sweet bread with coffee. This is a tradition that has been with us for years, not only in cafes, but from the comfort of our homes. When a visitor arrives, it is very easy and practical to set up a pot and share a freshly brewed negrito, and if we add to it a piece of sweet bread or a piece of cake.
You can buy any of these variants in these bakeries-cafes and it is like a marketing strategy that they use to promote their products. The love for coffee has grown exponentially in our community, it is an essential part of everyday life and the experience of flavors is definitely fascinating.
In recent months I have decided to leave my community and at every opportunity I have not missed a visit to a coffee shop to experience new flavors. I have seen new combinations here, they have not focused on bakeries, now they have made ice cream-coffee shops, where coffee is again the protagonist, here there is a great variety of products from hot to cold, such as coffee-flavored ice cream, frappes and some other variants such as coffee with milk, chocolates, candies or even vanilla.
These days I went shopping with my husband and after lunch he invited me to have a coffee, we went to a new place called Candy Rolls, at first I was expectant, I thought it was just an ice cream shop, but when I asked they introduced me to their products and it was there that they offered me a vanilla latte, I confess that when I am on the street I do not drink cappuccino because of the degree of concentration of the coffee.
My husband, on the other hand, decided to order a refreshing coffee ice cream. It was very creamy and had the perfect balance of sweet and bitter, ideal for the intense heat. We exchanged flavors and it was delicious and creative. While we were there, we saw many families sharing moments where the little ones ate ice cream and the adults ate any variation of coffee.
Finally, my dear friends, it is important to highlight that in both bakeries and ice cream parlours, it is still coffee that connects us, the love and passion for it allows us to enjoy a special evening. In bakeries, it is a ritual of accompanying freshly baked bread with a steaming cup of coffee, while in ice cream parlours it is a fresh, very sweet and extremely fun experience. In both places I have asked to enjoy a delicious coffee and I have adapted according to the needs of the moment.

Cuando hablamos de cafetería estas siempre van a ser representadas por algo especial y único, que sin duda alguna permite a todos los amantes del café estar allí unidos por un mismo sentir, no importa la hora del día una taza de café humeante nos llena de la energía necesaria para hacer del algo mejor.
Ahora bien, con tantas variedades en las cafeterías es normal que nos inclinemos por uno especial donde sea el café la bebida principal que el amor por nuestro elixir nos permita renovar momentos especiales. Les he comentado que aquí en mi comunidad son muy comunes las panaderías o pastelerías, pero en mis últimas salidas he tenido la oportunidad de visitar algunas diferentes y de allí partiré para compartir mi entrada en la propuesta semanal número 107.
Las panaderías son una de las grandes fuentes de trabajo de mi comunidad, pero existen 2 en especial que son las más grandes y exitosa, me encanta ir al lugar y apreciar el delicioso aroma a pan recién horneado dulce con café, esta es una tradición que nos ha acompañado por años no solo en las cafeterías, sino desde la comodidad de nuestros hogares, al llegar una visita es muy fácil y practico montar una olla y compartir un recién colado negrito y si a ello le sumamos una pieza de pan dulce o un trozo de pastel.
Cualquiera de estas variables las puedes adquirir en estas panaderías-cafeterías y es como una estrategia de marketing que manejan para potenciar sus productos. El amor por el café ha crecido de manera exponencial en nuestra comunidad, es parte esencial del día a día y la experiencia de sabores definitivamente es fascinante.
En estos últimos meses me he determinado a salir de mi comunidad y en cada oportunidad no he dejado pasar por algo una visita a una cafetería para experimentar nuevos sabores. He visto nuevas combinaciones aquí no se han centrado en las panaderías, ahora han hecho heladerías-café, donde es el café nuevamente el protagonista, aquí existen una gran variedad de productos desde caliente a fríos, como helados sabor a café, frappes y algunas otras variantes como cafés con leches, chocolates, caramelos o hasta vainillas.
En estos días fui de compras con mi esposo y después de almorzar el me invito a tomar un café, fuimos a un nuevo lugar llamado Candy Rolls, al principio estaba expectante, pensé que solo era una heladería, pero al preguntar me dieron a conocer sus productos y fue allí donde me ofrecieron un latte vainilla, les confieso que cuando estoy por la calle no tomo cappuccino por el grado de concentración del café.
Mi esposo por su lado decidió pedir un refrescante helado de café, estaba muy cremoso y en un punto ideal de dulce y amargo, ideal para el fuerte calor que estaba haciendo, intercambiamos sabores y fue muy rico y creativo, mientras estuvimos allí vimos como muchas familias iban a compartir momentos donde los más pequeños comían helado y los adultos cualquier variante del café.
Finalmente mis queridos amigos es importante destacar que tanto en las panaderías y en las heladerías, sigue siendo el café el que nos conecta, su amor y pasión por él nos permite disfrutar una velada especial, en las panaderías es un ritual de acompañar el pan recién horneado con una taza humeante del café, mientras que en las heladerías es una experiencia fresca, muy dulce y extremadamente divertida. En ambos lugares he pedido disfrutar de un rico café y me he adaptado según las necesidades del momento.
