Tarsa!

Hola a todos. Esta semana mi musa fue Tarsa, aunque no me manejo muy bien con los tonos cálidos, quería recrear a tarsa en una versión con mucho fuego y no podía dejar de lado esta idea que tenía, a pesar de no gustarme mucho estos tonos siento que quedo bien este fan art, cambie un poco la ropa pero en parte manteniendo el mismo diseño, solo hice que la camisa fuese un poco mas baja, una de las cosas más difíciles de pintar esta vez fue el cabello ya que elegí muchos tonos que son literalmente fuego, pero en cierto punto me perdí entre las sombras y luces, por suerte todo salió mejor de lo esperado, espero que les guste.

This week my muse was Tarsa, although I don't handle very well with warm tones, I wanted to recreate Tarsa in a version with a lot of fire and I couldn't leave aside this idea I had, despite I don't like these tones I feel that this fan art was good, I changed a little the clothes but partly keeping the same design, I only made the shirt a little lower, one of the most difficult things this time was the hair because I chose a lot of tones that are literally fire, but at a certain point I got lost between the shadows and lights, luckily everything came out better than expected, I hope you like it.

Proceso/Process

Empecé mi boceto, tenía la idea de hacer un cabello con mucho movimiento que simulara fuego, asi que pinte varios mechones de cabello flotando en diferentes direcciones, elegí la paleta de colores que esta vez serian muchos tonos cálidos, naranjas, rojos y marrones, coloque los colores según luz y sombra para luego agregar otra capa donde colocaría muchos mas tonos que me ayudarían a formar completamente el rostro, luego empecé a mezclarlos con un pincel difuso para dejar una textura un poco mas suave, para el cabello coloque un tono marrón/rojizo de base.

I started my sketch, I had the idea of making a hair with a lot of movement that simulated fire, so I painted several strands of hair floating in different directions, I chose the color palette that this time would be many warm tones, oranges, reds and browns, I placed the colors according to light and shadow to then add another layer where I would place many more tones that would help me to completely form the face, then I started to mix them with a diffuse brush to leave a texture a little softer, for the hair I placed a brown/reddish tone as a base.

Después empecé a pintar la ropa y a darle detalles a la tela para simular los pliegues, para darle mas vida al cabello use una gama de muchos tonos rojos, naranjas e incluso amarillo, fue bastante difícil pero poco a poco pude construir el cabello, cambie el fondo a un tono rojo oscuro y luego empecé a añadir con el pincel difuso algunos colores mas como rojos, amarillos, naranjas.

Then I started to paint the clothes and to give details to the fabric to simulate the folds, to give more life to the hair I used a range of many shades of red, orange and even yellow, it was quite difficult but little by little I could build the hair, I changed the background to a dark red tone and then I started to add with the diffuse brush some more colors like reds, yellows, oranges.

Con un pincel duro, empecé a realizar formas en el fondo que simularían fuego en diferentes formas y direcciones, tambien aplique una capa de luz donde empecé a colocar puntos blancos en los ojos, labios y pómulos, sin exagerar mucho esta vez ya que la imagen estaba bastante saturada y no necesitaba tantos brillos, finalice mi dibujo editando la imagen a mi gusto, esta vez quise quitarle un poco de saturación y dejar un color un poco mas suave en general.

With a hard brush, I started to make shapes in the background that would simulate fire in different shapes and directions, I also applied a layer of light where I started to place white dots in the eyes, lips and cheekbones, without exaggerating too much this time because the image was quite saturated and did not need so many brightness, I finished my drawing by editing the image to my liking, this time I wanted to remove a little saturation and leave a little softer color in general.
