It's been more than three months since I generated the last kaleidoscopes.
I have started to work on, or rather learn (and try to understand) what AI is and how to use it. I also present some of my work here.
Well, today I tried for the first time to create kaleidoscopes from my AI works, not photos. I usually always say that a photo, a moment frozen in time and space, is a representation of our reality. A kaleidoscope from a photo is also a representation of our reality, although from a different perspective.
But I cannot say that about these kaleidoscopes here. The images are generated by a neural network, according to initial key terms or words, and the kaleidoscopes are edited in graphic software.
Here I have AI-generated images on the keywords first, then in Photoshop and in Paint.Net.

The first question that comes to my mind is, are these kaleidoscopes any different from the ones in my own photos, which are just a different perspective of our reality?
There is no particular difference ...
Geometric patterns and psychedelic colors are still an obsession for me, and AI (VQGAN and CLIP) and NightCafeStudio addresses this well.
The next question is how to bring the soul into it ... but kaleidoscopes don't solve that anyway...
