primer paso siempre por la cara en mi caso claro, usare varios tonos de grises para jugar con las luces y sombras, y negro claramente, empiezo como si fuera hacer un cráneo normal y voy agregando los detalles de sombreado las orejas las dejare asi cortas ya que largas no me gustan tanto

Ahora continuo en el cuerpo lo hare mas delgado que se le vean los huesos, en realidad también tome de referencia a gollum para el cuerpo flaco, la imagen de referencia tiene los ojos de color amarillo pero a mi me gustan rojos le da el toque de horror que busco, la verdad parece un esqueleto humano mas adelante le agrego detalles para que parezca mas un ghoul

Ultimo paso agregar los detalles finales, al final si le hice un brazo o una mano agregue una capa de gris mas claro para darle mas luz al cuerpo y los ojos, y wow me sorprendí a mi mismo, pero no lo deje solo con eso asi que coloque otra capa de gris a la cabeza y sangre cayendo de su boca, mano y pierna, y vuala, me hubiese gusta hacer una animación pero será después, espero les guste el resultado final, bye
