Good afternoon friends!!!
Is there ever going to be a moment when I can finish a drawing without so much chaos? Oh, Fs! I started this drawing a few days ago, well, the same day I made the previous post. From those moments until today, electricity is playing Christmas tree.
It has failed 9 times throughout this whole time! many hours ๐ฃ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ค๐คจ, just one day it was 4 times WHAT? Electricity has broken its own record! a embarrassing disaster! weeeeeell amid all the ups and downs, I managed to finish my entry and that's what I want to show you โ the drawing I created for the Splinterlands Social Media Challenge - Theme: Rebellion
Well, let's get to the important topic! For my participation this week, I've also selected one of the death cards, which is pretty cool. I wanted to do this character as a full-body illustration, and although in several instances, due to electricity issues, I lost the sketch in Corel Painter, I managed to finish it later. However, I decided to leave it for another day since something bigger would take more time, given the current circumstances.
So, I came up with another idea that has nothing to do with position or structure and started working on it. This time, I didn't want to go into as much detail or polish it as much as I've done in the past.
Still, I think the result isn't that bad. Maybe it's not the last lemonade in the desert, haha, but it's a style I really like, something carefree, as an artist I know once said.
I chose this character because I liked it when I saw it, and it reminded me of Gaia. Very nature-inspired!

I kicked things off with a sketch, not perfection, but it did the trick.
On a layer below the sketch, I went wild with some funky orange strokes for the body's base, a light green, and a hint of dark blue. Hmmmmm it got weirder, but that's a start

I started adding some darkness to the mix to give the drawing some volume and shadows on the girl's figure.
Adding a tad , not too much of darkness to the drawing. I created some branches on the head that looked like horns. I shaped the bow and added texture to specific spots.

As I progressed, I added a little more detail. It was time to throw what looked like leaves or moss. So, I put some yellow-green spots on the elbows and also on the bottom. I'm not looking for perfection with this drawing, I just want to create stains
I still had some loose details: yellow eyes to highlight, more depth and I fixed the hair because it seemed like I had made it a little flat, some movement was better.
I also gave a touch to the face. I actually detailed it a little more since I hadn't done much on it before.

To finish, I have detailed things a little more, also, added some lights, something more for the background.
Thanks to everyone for watching my post, and have a happy and beautiful night

Until next time!!!
I hope u enjoyed what I shared. Have a great night and thank you very much for taking the time to view my work.
