Welcome to my seemingly endless journey.
A trip that will take you to places I might have visited many moons ago.
It´s a tale that came back to me when I meditated on one of my past lives. A life I told you about in my unbelievable true story.
As promised in that story I will now share this story with you.

Chapter 114

This was horrible I was having the time of my life and all that by just a touch.
Her hands are so soft. Even softer than I had imagined. I feel like I am crossing many boundaries while the only thing I do is gently massage her hands.
The room is filled with the smells of the steaming spice blend and warm wax, where wrappers lay waiting for me to release them from their hot prison. Something I want to delay as long as possible because that would mean the end of the treatment. But I can't arouse suspicion, so I finally reach over to the first wrap and slowly wrap it around her wrist and hand.
I casually tell her that I will have to repeat this treatment daily, at least for the next seven days. Four days would have been enough, but these moments are the only opportunity I have to touch her openly. I have to make the most of that, I tell myself.
During the mornings of the following days, time seems to stand still as the moments with Krya galloped past me like a runaway horse. We talk about the simplest things, but just as easily about Zion's upbringing and her relationship with the Sikh.
I tell her about my tribe and the world of difference between my life and hers. I talk about the bond we have with nature and with each other. A bond that is sacred in our village. No one is lonely or left uncared for, no one thinks of possession. The livestock and horticulture belong to all of us, no one has more right to it than the other.
“But what about those who work in the fields?” She asks.
I tell her that they are more than happy to share what they have. Why not, they also fill the stomachs of their friends and the friends of their friends. On the other hand, they still receive meat from those who tend the flocks. They get their clothes without ever having to go a day without them. The unwritten law is that we take care of each other so that when necessary we ourselves are also taken care of. Of course, there are disputes, not everyone likes each other. But personal matters will never influence the help we offer each other to make survival possible in a pleasant way.
“But who is in charge, who are you loyal to?”
I have to laugh; “No one is in charge like your husband is in charge. Important matters are submitted to the council of elders, whose chairman is the village elder, as long as he is of sound mind. They consult and hear those involved. Then they bring a judgment, this judgment is not an obligation. It is the accumulation of many years of life wisdom, but that does not mean that it is correct."
Then I pause and think about how I could explain the differences and similarities in a way that would make sense to someone who never left this city.
"We do not know property, as this city knows, so we do not know disputes about such matters. Man and woman are free to choose, so only when both parties love each other will there be a merger. This largely rules out contentions of the heart. Anyone who has misbehaved in the eyes of the council, or has done things of a violent nature, for example, will be held accountable by the entire tribe. In doing so, the person brings shame on himself or herself in such a way, depending on the fact that happened of course, that there is a good chance that no one will speak to him or her again."
"We will only banish people in unimaginable cases, I only know it from tradition. Our society is so small that few risk it. In addition, our knowledge of the world around us is minimal, where would you go if you are no longer welcome?"
"By helping each other, we are so strongly connected that our responsibility to care for all those who are part of the whole outweighs almost everyone's own wishes. In addition, it is precisely through this structure that the tribe offers everyone the opportunity to develop themselves."
"It's not that work is the only thing that brings fulfillment. Since we do not work to create abundance, but only to earn our living, everyone has time to fill his or her life with things that give him or her pleasure. Thus we fill ourselves with self-respect, with love, and with pleasure. It is a very pleasant life, comparable to yours in its shelter, or in its seclusion. Probably even similar in a certain form of loneliness because we as a tribe are so isolated."
"We live in peace, nature offers us everything we need. However, luxury like what you have here is completely unknown to us. We are not able to manufacture it and if we were, that would upset the balance. It would stimulate needs that did not exist before. Even though I don't think my tribe will be seduced by this false reality. Yet it could be that some have the need to feed on matter.”
