Welcome to my seemingly endless journey.
A trip that will take you to places I might have visited many moons ago.
It´s a tale that came back to me when I meditated on one of my past lives. A life I told you about in my unbelievable true story.
As promised in that story I will now share this story with you.

Chapter 25

"But there is a counter-reaction," Numico continued "the thè also blocks certain parts of our being. Parts that most of us do not use in daily life, but are required when receiving messages with great value."
"Thè can easily cause misinterpretations, but what is even more dangerous are the possibilities for the dark forces to tamper with our understanding. Our subconscious is very easy to influence when we are under the influence of thè.”
The glassiness of Numico's eyes makes me think these words are not coming from him. “You know we can never fully rely on the content of the messages we get through,” he continues.
“But this is not the greatest danger. The thè possesses an even greater power. She is able to keep us healthy, free from diseases, and full of strength. Unfortunately, this is because thè has some toxic ingredients. From an early age, we grow up with this remedy. Its origin goes back to a time long before our people came to live in the valley. We then lived mainly on fish. Healthy, but very incomplete. The area where people lived offered us little variety of healthy food. Many of our people suffered from ailments related to the lack of wholesome and varied food.”
I remember my first days without thè, would this? Before my thoughts continue Numico does.
“Influenza, bleeding, and other illnesses claimed many lives. The men in particular, who were at sea a lot, struggled with the disease. The herbal women of that time experimented with many balms and infusions. There was not much knowledge about the herbs yet. Our knowledge of their medicinal effect originates from this time. One of the wise women kept a kind of herbal library. In a cave, she described to her students the effects of all known herbs. Newly discovered herbs were extensively tested by her in order to decompose their active substances.”
I see images in my mind's eye of a young woman, too young for the gray hair she has.
“This woman's name was Sei. For days she wandered over the land, along the coast, she even went into the mountains, always looking for unknown plants. On one of her trips, she discovered Tjieli, a white flower that bloomed at night. Something in her immediately realized that this flower had a dangerous power. Nevertheless, she started experimenting, and in combination with some other herbs she discovered thè. She donated it daily to the sick. The first days they only got sicker, but Sei was so convinced that she continued for a few more days.”
Numico's eyes shine as he continues: “Fortunately, because after a few days, they improved. And those who continued to drink the tea called it their elixir of life. The tribe grew now that the sick no longer lashed out like a savage. Thè proved to be the salvation of our tribe and our people gained strength. Also, one of the side effects of the tea was the power that you feel flowing after a few minutes. She kept the tribe sharp and accelerated social development. While the sedative effect provided a greater understanding and therefore a better knowledge of the spiritual world. In this way, we were able to develop much more fully in a short period of time than any other tribe in the area.”
Numico pauses and I take a sip of the thè, which is not thè.
“The ability to resist the disease lies in the following,” he continues. The Tjieli flower is a poison that is so strong that it kills all infections bacteria, viruses, and other disease-causing agents before they can make us sick. This poison ensures that we are actually sick all our lives.”
“Of course, we have our own defense system, but as soon as something breaks through, because we are not powerful enough to resist it at that time, the Tjieli intervenes. Have you ever noticed who grows old in the tribe and who doesn't?'
My mind spins a bit from the story but is still able to review my knowledge of our tribe's history. Only a few really grew old, the majority suddenly died. Often when their children have reached adulthood by a few years. They drop dead during work, or any other effort. But only the tribal sages and the herbal women really grow old.
“The only ones I know who grow old are the sages and the old herbalist,” I say. "Correct," answers Numico "and how will that be?"
Without thinking I say: “De thè that is a logical guess after this story, but why is it that some of us always get old?”
“They were warned on time. The wise also have the ability to defend themselves against the sick in other ways. The thè causes a continuous illness in the body, which does not seem harmful. But the well-known power is adrenaline, which the body produces to get better. She is constantly fighting the poison. This exhausts the body and at a certain age, the heart is so tired of the lifelong struggle that it gives up. Yes, the sages and the herbalist know this, even though they don't know exactly what the cause is.”
Without realizing it, I put down my nap, while Numico's voice continues. “They stopped drinking in time and protected themselves with their knowledge. Through the right form of meditation and a varied diet, they are usually able to fight the disease, only occasionally will they have a period of illness. Everyone blames it on their advanced age.”
“Why don't they warn about the danger, what a ridiculous situation this is. Everyone dies and it's so easy to counter." The deceit that has been part of my daily life for years makes me furious.
“It may seem so after what I just revealed to you. You see, despite the fact that the valley offers us a much greater amount of healthy food, few people are able to banish the sick through meditation and healthy food. People will often fall prey to diseases at a young age. It is precisely this group that is important to our village. They are the force, they take care of the young people, the land, and therefore the food. They are the ones who form the foundation of our society. The sick and the elderly, but also the youngest depend on them. But the sick and elderly are counterproductive and cost energy. Energy that can be used for things that help everyone grow.”
Numico falls silent and I feel the tension in the air, not only my anger but also those using Numico's voice are not completely in balance with the situation. “It has been a difficult choice, but in this way, we offer many a beautiful and strong life. A life that had lasted shorter for many others and longer for only a few. Letting the sick take its course would create a huge imbalance in the tribe, a few strong backs would carry a huge burden, while many would suffer.”
“Now the tribe offers everyone a life full of strength and the tasks that are not fulfilled in this life will return in the next. The decision was made on the basis of the highest quality of life for the largest possible group. In addition, spiritual development will decrease, while we really need certain lessons that are hard to teach to travel through time. ”
Numico's eyes are black in the light of the fire, pupils and iris have already replaced white: “Many will become involved in matters that have nothing to do with personal growth. Their souls will focus on personal gain because they no longer feel the connection. Because they can't reach it anymore, their subconscious is closed. They will start wars, fratricidal quarrels, and thefts. They will do everything to fulfill the emptiness they carry when they can no longer feel the connection.”
