El pasado sábado 7 de junio realizamos un taller sobre Hive enfocado en los emprendedores y pequeños comerciantes y aunque no es el primero que hemos realizado con este enfoque hay varios aspectos que diferencian este encuentro de los anteriores, como una alianza con la Cámara de Comercio del Estado Lara para añadir valor y prestigio a las capacitaciones siguiendo la metodología de la escuela de negocios creadas por la Cámara de Comercio, sin embargo, el eje central ha sido el mismo. Que los participantes conozcan las oportunidades y herramientas que hay en el ecosistema de Hive en función de potenciar sus negocios en crecimiento y abrirse al uso de stablecoin como el $HBD para facilitar pagos y resguardo de valor en medio de la inquietante economía Venezolana.
¿Por que Club de Emprendedores?
No nace esto por simple capricho, sino que tras haber sostenido reuniones con directivos de la Cámara de Comercio del estado Lara, en donde se ha apuntalado como prioridad el apoyo desde varios factores al pequeño comerciante o como popularmente se conoce "emprendedores". Pues, indiscutiblemente son un sector del comercio un poco desatendido y los directivos de la Cámara nos han solicitado el apoyo y el acompañamiento desde nuestro enfoque tecnológico debido a la poca información y educación a grandes rasgos sobre las criptomonedas y blockchain, en donde nosotros valiéndonos del reconocimiento que de Hive hemos ido labrando, poder no solo dar a conocer, sino que poder mostrar la blockchain como un entorno digital que resuelve varios problemas en este sector.
Dicho esto, nos enorgullece poder decir que con este taller hemos inaugurado el CLUB DE EMPRENDEDORES
Objetivos del Club de Emprendedores:
Dar a conocer los beneficios de la web 3 y el ecosistema de Hive a emprendedores que comienzan a ser tutelados por instituciones relevantes y de prestigio en la región como lo es la Cámara de Comercio del Estado Lara y Fedecámaras Lara.
Crear una economía circular y colaborativa entre emprendedores basada en el HBD y Hive, con la ventaja competitiva que ofrece Distriator al gasto en HBD, teniendo rondas de compra y ventas de productos y servicios ofertados en el grupo.
Colaborar directamente con instituciones gremiales y financieras en la formación de emprendedores, así aumentar la influencia de Hive de manera institucional desde un punto de vista financiero y de oportunidad.
Fomentar el ahorro en HBD y posicionar este activo como un refugio de valor ante las incertidumbre económica, así como también una opción para pagos internacionales.
Ahora bien, hablemos del taller.
Lo primero que hicimos ha sido exponer a los participantes lo que ya hemos mencionado párrafos arriba, el motivo que ha movido la necesidad de comenzar un club de emprendedores.
Seguidamente las palabras iniciales decidimos hacer del primer momento algo más dinamico a modo de conversatorio para motivar la participación, partiendo de la pregunta: ¿Cómo pasar de sobrevivir a construir? Momento en el que cada uno expuso ideas que nacieron de su realidad de emprendedores.
Finalizado este momento inicial, arrancamos con el segmento principal del taller, que era conversar sobre Hive para emprendedores, entender algunas herramientas del ecosistema, desde la creación de contenido hasta del eso de Dapps como V4V y Distriator.
Resaltamos el uso del $HBD como moneda estable descentralizada con relación 1:1 con el $USD, perfecta para efectuar o recibir pagos de manera instantánea y sin comisiones. Hicimos hincapié en el hecho de que hablar del HBD es hablar de una moneda que nos permite conservar valor protegiendo nuestro dinero de cara a la inflación de las economías en especial la venezolana que es nuestro contexto.
Habiendo culminado esta etapa, iniciamos con el momento que destinamos para exponer nuestra visión de como el club de emprendedores puede representar un factor de cambio y punto de apoyo con un indice de crecimiento y escalabilidad que puede representar ventajas competitivas a los emprendedores que integren el club.
Asimismo transmitimos la información relevante para los emprendedores que ha nacido de las reuniones que hemos tenido con miembros de la directiva de la Cámara de comercio del estado Lara y de las reuniones que hemos sostenido con miembros de Fedecamaras Lara. Uno de los puntos ha sido que entes bancarios están dispuestos a comenzar un programa de créditos a emprededores, pero, para ello deben estar formalizados y poseer su certificado de emprendedor, y para ello hemos logrado una alianza estratégica una empresa de consultoría que esta dispuesta a apoyar, aunque nosotros como equipo centrado en educar y difundir sobre Hive y como puede crear un impacto positivo en la vida de las personas, no podemos asegurar ni prometer créditos o cosas por el estilo, cosa que dejamos muy en claro, ya que simplemente somos portavoces de las cosas que han nacido en las reuniones a las que hemos sido invitados en el marco de apoyar, educar y formar al emprendedor de la región.
El encuentro ha sido productivo y para ser el inicio del club de emprendedores se haya corrido la voz y poder continuar con está dinámica en la que promovemos la adopción de Hive como ecosistema de web3 con herramientas útiles para el emprendedor y el uso del HBD como moneda de resguardo de valor.

After this initial moment, we started with the main segment of the workshop, which was to talk about Hive for entrepreneurs, understand some tools of the ecosystem, from content creation to that of Dapps like V4V and Distriator.
We highlighted the use of the $HBD as a stable decentralized currency with a 1:1 relationship with the $USD, perfect to make or receive payments instantly and without commissions. The meeting has been productive and to be the beginning of the entrepreneurs club the word has spread and to be able to continue with this dynamic in which we promote the adoption of Hive as a web3 ecosystem with useful tools for the entrepreneur and the use of HBD as a currency of value safeguard.
