Hola hivers,soy @marito74,una novata en la plataforma, venezolana,nativa de la ísla de Margarita,actualmente participo en la iniciativa de novatos de starstrings01, realizé mi primer post hace 11 días,hasta el momento tengo 11 publicaciones incluyendo esta,he ido poco a poco aprendiendo el funcionamiento de la plataforma,la manera de estructurar mis posts,el uso de las herramientas adecuadas y bueno sinceramente al principio lo veía un poco complicado colocar los textos en inglés pero ahora entiendo que esto me permite llegar a mas usuarios en la plataforma,en este punto considero que el uso del canal del discord (el cual por cierto es nuevo para mi pero a dios gracias trípode es genial y me ha apoyado mucho)es de mucha ayuda para los novatos,puedes comunicarte y siempre están allí prestos a ayudar.

Tomando en cuenta que apenas tengo 2 días desde que fui seleccionada para esta iniciativa de novatos,con una delegación de 50 hp por parte de @starstrings01 y 35 hp de parte de @aliento,dicha delegación la tendré durante un mes, mi grado de compromiso es alto,no sólo por el agradecimiento hacia ellos,sino por la necesidad de crecer en la plataforma.Actualmente tengo 9 seguidores,por lo tanto me gustaría alcanzar 30 seguidores al final del mes,con los cuales planeo interactuar y votar,en mi opinión no se trata de la cantidad sino de constancia y fidelidad.Claro está si rebaso mi expectativa por supuesto estaré muy feliz.

Bueno trato de ser realista,en 11 días he obtenido 17.114 hive,las cosas no han sido muy fáciles,sin embargo me he dado cuenta que no he estado trabajando correctamente en lo concerniente a los votos y comentarios,por lo cual he corregido esto,trato de familiarizarme con la herramienta que me permite ver mi poder de voto, soy de retos,asi que seguiré perseverando hasta alcanzar un poder de colmena de 200 hp propias,quizás sea mas,pero por ahora me planteo esa cantidad.

On reflection I must do better, so far, perhaps I project myself with little scope, but I prefer to be cautious, careful and realistic, the beginnings are hard but with constancy and perseverance can be achieved many things, surprise me January.

Mi meta será 300 comentarios al final de mes,seguro puedo rebasarla pero por ahora me mantengo este objetivo,tomando en cuenta que perdemos energía al comentar.

Reflexionando debo hacerlo mejor , hasta ahora,tal vez me proyecte con poco alcance,pero prefiero ser cautelosa,precavida y realista,los comienzos son duros pero con constancia y perseverancia se pueden lograr muchas cosas,sorprendeme enero.
