Hello hivers,I'm participating in the initiative to support starstrings01 rookies,this week we have our second rookie task which consists of answering some questions:

- ¿Qué piensas de la iniciativa de novatos?
Guauu,es genial,no muchos están dispuestos a apoyar a novatos,invertir un porcentaje de su ganancias para ello,esto es maravilloso,cuando iniciamos en hive apenas podemos publicar nuestro primer post,luego de ello nos quedamos sin recursos,gracias a @sojalex pude conocer esta iniciativa , me direccionó hacía ella,agradecida estoy,porque sin recursos mi post sencillamente se hubiera perdido entre miles en la plataforma.Cuando obtienes una delegación te comprometes aun mas con el trabajo en la plataforma,te motiva a seguir adelante y lograr que tu cuenta crezca.
- What do you think of the pledge initiative?
Wow, it's great, not many are willing to support newcomers, invest a percentage of their profits for it, this is wonderful, when we started in live we can only publish our first post, after that we ran out of resources, thanks to @sojalex I was able to know this initiative, I address it, I am grateful, because without resources my post would simply have been lost among thousands on the platform. When you get a delegation you commit even more to the work on the platform, motivates you to move forward and make your account grow.

My criticism of this initiative is positive because my experience has been positive, I have received all the support possible from the discord channel of smile, I have no complaints, the instructions have always been clear and precise, always willing to help us.

¿Qué ideas sientes que deben añadirse para mejorar el apoyo a los novatos?
- Incrementar las tareas,no sólo una por semana,así tendremos mas oportunidades de obtener mayor apoyo de parte de starstrings01.
- Si algunas de estas tareas pudieran cumplirse involucrando comunidades amigas de smile sería genial,por ejemplo realizar una publicación según las pautas de crossculture u otra comunidad.
- Mas allá de que se añada o no,creo que todos los que recibimos una delegación por esta iniciativa debemos seguir la cadena de apoyo y orientar a los nuevos ingresos en Hive,para que opten a estas delegaciones ,y delegar también aunque sea poco porque creo es la mas bonito de todo esto,tender una mano amiga y que esta iniciativa continue no sólo de parte de starstring01 sino de todos los que hemos sido beneficiados con su iniciativa.
What ideas do you feel should be added to improve support for newcomers?
- Increase the number of tasks, not just one per week, so that we have more opportunities to get more support from starstrings01.
- If some of these tasks could be fulfilled for smile-friendly communities it would be great, for example to make a publication according to the guidelines of crossculture or another community.
- Beyond that, I think that all of us who received a delegation for this initiative should follow the chain of support and guide the newcomers in Hive, to opt for these delegations, and also delegate even if it is little because I think it is the most beautiful of all this, to extend a helping hand and that this initiative continues not only from starstring01 but from all of us who have benefited from their initiative.

Mis criticas son positivas hacía esta iniciativa porque mi experiencia lo ha sido,he recibido todo el apoyo posible desde el canal de discord de smile,no tengo ninguna queja.Siempre las instrucciones han sido claras y precisas,siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos.
