Hello Fungi lovers!
This is my first post in this community.
I recently went on a trip to the Redwood Forest in California and saw many mushrooms and thought I would share them here. If you know what they are called I would like to learn more about them.
Especially the ones that are covered in black and hard as a rock.

It was exciting for me to see these fungi, as I live in the desert of Arizona... very few mushrooms here!
