Without many realizing it, the filmmaker makes a satire of the world of the privileged, even returning to the themes of colonization and how there are still those affected, but with people who have humanity. We will hate them, they will still succeed in life, but at the same time he shows us that they are human beings, so that we are not so harsh in judging them.

Cuando ves el tráiler de The White Lotus no te puedes imaginar la maravillosa experiencia que sera verla. Parecía una comedia ligera ambientada en Hawai. En el primer capítulo lo tendremos muy claro, cuando nos muestres dos bolas hinchadas no sol una, un par de veces la cámara las enfoca, así que si eres puritano, mejor no veas esta serie, porque te vas a escandalizar.
Es inevitable que les nombre otra serie sobre gente rica, que es un dram y muy diferente, les hablo de sussession. ¿Por qué? Porque ambas son producciones donde nos muestran la vida de gente adinerada, con sus dos lados, la parte humana y su lado más despreciable. Para mi es imposible no sentir odio hacia esos personajes, pero no porque sean ricos, no, es porque son seres humanos patéticos, asquerosos y con todos los defectos del mundo, para ellos , el resto , los que no son de su clase, son seres inferiores.
La vida de la gente rica, produce una gran fascinación en los espectadores, es otro acierto del creador, mostrarnos esta historia, donde ataca a esa clase privilegiada, mofándose de sus vidas, pero al mismo tiempo los humaniza, porque defectos tenemos, todos, seamos pobres o ricos.

El reparto es maravilloso, cada actor está perfecto en su personaje, cada uno tiene sus momentos para brillar, ninguno sobra. Todos forman parte de este reloj suizo en formato mini serie.
Alexandra Daddario interpreta a Rachel, ¿qué puedo decir? Ella es la que me empujó a ver la mini serie, la sigo en las redes sociales, le he escrito y nunca me ha respondido. No importa, ¿cómo va a responderme? Soy un loco y una feo. La quiero y es fabulosa como Raquel. Un aplauso para ti.
Jake Lacy interpreta a Shane Patton, el personaje odioso, lo que hace que se ensañe con ella, más cuando tiene escenas de besos con Alexandra. Creo que lo odio más por esa razón. Espero verlo pronto en otro personaje, aunque nunca olvidaré al nerd Shane.
Connie Britton y , Steve Zahn interpretan al matrimonio Nicole y Mark Mossbacher. Zahn se está haciendo mayor, pero hace un gran rol y Britton, sin palabras. Maravillosa interpretación de unos seres despreciables. Completan la familia la actriz de Euphoria Sydney Sweeney como Olivia Mossbacher y el joven Fred Hechinger interpreta al adicto al porno Quinn. Una familia de locos.
Jennifer Coolidge interpreta a la neurótica Tanya McQuoid, un personaje difícil y la actriz merece elogios por su interpretación, al igual que la actriz Natasha Rothwell que interpreta a Belinda, todo lo contrario a Tanya y que sufrirá al ser manipulada, utilizada y descartada, como un juguete.
Murray Bartlett interpreta a Armond ¡oh! por favor, pido a los lectores que se pongan de pie y ovacionen a este actor. ¡Que fabuloso! A este actor tengo que verlo nominado a un premio en los Globos de Oro del próximo año, si se queda fuera, será la mayor injusticia. Su personaje lo es todo y su actuación es maravillosa. Un personaje genial, lleno de matices y que sufre muchas transformaciones, un papel que cualquier actor quiere interpretar. ¡Otra jodida ovación de pie! Te quiero Murray Bartlett.
The White Lotus is a miniseries you should watch right now. I'm not lying when I tell you it's one of the best productions of the year. I was fascinated by its choral story, its characters and its denouement. How can you not trust HBO? It's not television, it's HBO, says its slogan. Well, this is HBO max. It is a quality production, what is not shown now in theaters, you can find it on TV. A lot of black humor, all the episodes are very good, but the third episode is one that will make you jump with laughter, if you like this kind of humor, maybe you prefer something adult like Marvel humor ( sarcasm) . Watch it and enjoy how these rich and white people from the first power of the world suffer and enjoy.

The White Lotus es una miniserie que deberías ver ahora mismo. No miento cuando les digo que es una de las mejores producciones del año. Me ha fascinado su historia coral, sus personajes y su desenlace. ¿Cómo no confiar en la HBO? No es televisión, es HBO, dice su eslogan. Bueno, esta es HBO max. Es una producción de calidad, lo que no se muestra ahora en los cines, lo puedes encontrar en la televisión. Mucho humor negro, todos los episodios son muy buenos, pero el tercer episodio es uno que te hará saltar de risa, si te gusta este tipo de humor, quizas prefieres algo adulto como el humor de Marvel ( sarcasmo) . Míralo y disfruta de cómo sufren y disfrutan estos ricos y blancos de la primera potencia del mundo.
