Yay! I get to post in @livinguktaiwan's new-ish community- Train Spotting.
We took the Bergensbanen or Bergen Line from Bergen to Oslo. I had heard great things about this 7 hour train ride across Norway. While there are many great pictures below I have to say I much prefer a car. It was really hard to get good pictures with the glass of the windows reflecting the light from inside the train and the scenery went by so fast!
First, let's take a little tour of the train.

The Kafe
I wanted to see what the kafe was like even though we brought our food with us.

Here are a couple of stations en route.

The Bergensbanen is a 231 miles (371 Kilometeres) from Bergen to Olso. Also cool to note that it was opened in 1909, over 100 years ago!
And if you remember my post Tunneling in Norway 182 tunnels were constructed as part of this first rail connection between east and west of Norway
Now for the beautiful part, the landscape of Norway!

This is a cool shot cause it has the train and the pretty landscape of Norway!

It was a beautiful train ride, which if we are honest, would have taken us a couple of days to drive because we would have stopped so often. This is a great way to get across the country quickly while still seeing it's beauty.
Now for Olso!
