Today, it is important to know which environment you are coming from, and what people do there, and why they are doing as they are doing. Life is about understanding past, present and future!
You know, you can say things or you can be quiet. But your personality and your ways of understanding yourself, determine what you are doing and why and how. Nowadays, you should know which person you are, and where you are coming from. And how can we shape the reality and the future in common to get pleasure and satisfacation for as many people as possible? We should be ourselves, and act in logical and sensible ways to meet different people inside and outside the meetings that are being held for each day in business life.
If you are an active person in a meeting, and are trying to explore, explain and understand reality, your associations, that is your messages, could be free in accordance to your brain and your mind, or the associations can be done when doing in relation to what you have read in the literature. The thoughts we are holding, are coming from something, and we use our identity to process information, and to do the interpretations we make, and these interpretations can be sensible or stupid. You should be in a job just to do as many positive things as possible, and working places are ruined if there is too much nonsense, and if there is silly talk! We are working for value creation and for making satisfaction internally and externally!
So, where are the thoughts and the thinking ability come from? They are coming from human nature, and you and I determine which influence we want in life, and the stimuli you are exposed for and which you are confronting, determine what you learn during a day, and which human you are. But the affection can be of any type that is possible for humans and the human species, and we should always do our jobs with focus and with motivation, and we should do our works as good as we can. Identity means to reveal yourself, and how you are, and which consequences your personality will have for persons in the environments, and you cannot know all things to know when acting, but you should we humble to learn much new things in different areas. Innovation and creativity, and economic organization are areas where we should put our efforts in the firms, but strategy and marketing are perhaps even more exciting areas.
Identity means you are going through your personality, and what this means. You have grown up in a family and with different friends, and their opinions shape your reality and what to be concerned about. Identity is about which challenges and opportunities you can meet and master of every kind, and you should use philosophy and understanding the markets completely to do the jobs you have from time to time as good as your abilities and your capabilities and knowledges really can imply. We are all using our talents from nature and our knowledges as good as we can, and everything is about finding a meaningful problem, and try to answer it. But problems can also be stupid! But people act as they have sense and judgment within what is up at the moment in question!
Identity can mean problems for you, if you do not understand which person you are, and why and how you are doing different issues, problems and cases. You must learn much in life to understand it as a whole, and several people try to find themselves in life, but since reality and life is complex and many variables are affecting us in making choices, we have no guarantee of what people know about themselves and if these things are true about their personalities. We therefore have people in hospitals trying to explain whom you are. Even professors have trouble with these things, and thinking is always challenging if you are doing it much in life!
