We should not have more trust to people than there is a foundation for. Maybe, some people should have trust, and maybe some should not have trust. And we are forming these things with people in relation to which beliefs we are putting into our heads, and these are being written or oral.
Is any person after us? Not as I know. But we should not create experiences that are doing trauma in the periods we have been in the environments, and we should ignore these things if they are stupid and wrong, and we should require that people have the results in schools that are best on all the levels we are faciing the societies, and the countries where we are and have been.
We should not attend any studies, if we have bad support or no support where we are. In addition, we should have self-confidence when being where we are, and we cannot make conflicts and intrigues unless there are reasons for this. But nowadays, the life is good, but we should not accept all other competitors in any places at schools, and moreover, we should not accept any of the people we are meeting, and some of them we have met before at home. But at the same time, we should be friendly and inclusive, and we should know the most at the faculties and the institutes, and the best thing we can do for the reputation to a business school, a college or a university, is to publish as good as we can with the best quality, and we should also try to publish in many books and journals.
So, we can cover the anonymity when doing the interviews and doing the dialogues, but the persons are easy to reveal, if the statements are at the highest level. But we should not whine and be rude, but we should be constructive, and trying to find the best solutions everywhere, also with giving and taking the market communication and general communication at any level where we are from time to time and from place to place.
We should be critical of allegations and to opinions, and we should not accept any things, if there is no foundation in the human rights about what is happening. We should forget than any person is better than us at NHH in Bergen, and we should influence these environments to be stronger, more relevant and more powerful with giving advice several places. And we must forget bad things and bad events for our self-confidence, and we cannot trust anyone, if there is not leadership in proper ways at many levels. And people should not be put in jail unless there is a foundation for that. And many channels should be open, also with giving flow of free information to many places. And we must forget being compared in wrong ways with other people, and we should be standing alone on the top in every school. And many research institutions are not the best people in languages, and therefore we find mistakes in the report, and organizations and people are paying for this. And the reason is that there is asymmetry about what we know, and therefore the heads are either equal or they are unequal.
We should try to get trauma out of our human bodies, and we should think about where we have been, and why our body in the middle reacts as it reacts. So, all people are just between our legs, and with having the brains, and we should ask what ever president and prime minister have done of good policies and actions through the whole time when governing the nations, and we should also react on what is done internationally. And people are free to believe in what they want, and the power is in the religions unless we are using the parliament and the government!
