Putin has said that autocracies will be perishable, while democracies will always win and be there. And we can believe in what we want in life, and if the beliefs are removed from the life regardless of what we are believing within, we fell empty!
Humans want security and freedom, and this has been the situation many years ago. And we should first protect ourselves, and after that we should take care of our environments. And where are all things coming from, where does the reality come from? We can speculate and have departments of our own with thinking and feeling, and we are just doing things in life, and sometimes we decide to do nothing. And reality is decision making as deliberate decisions or inertia!
We are free to say what we want, and to write what we want in life, and there is freedom with speaking and writing, to make assembly solutions, and to start and organize organizations. And decision making is about identifying problems, gathering information, and doing the relevant assessments of the choices.
We should be constructive in our doings, and we should compete to be the best person of any persons where we are. Schools are about be equal and doing the same things, but when we are coming longer in the education system, we should believe in ourselves, and be the best person of all that are coming, staying and leaving in the school in question. The life is about equality at several places, and we should think ourselves, and we cannot agree on other people trying to convince ourselves, and do stupid things, and things that are badly reflected in the human minds.
And what we do in the schools and in the organizations are reflected in sciences, and we should do whatever we want unless things are illegal. And prices we are using in business life and in schools and where-ever can be kept constant, they can go up, or they can go down. But organizations are just as the homes from the people in question, and we are using natural experiement in nature, in human nature and many places in the world. And an experiment should be about something we are trying to test, and we should measure the effects of what is going on.
Any nation is about value creation from the firms, and distributing the effects of welfare in the people’s life, and what is happening in the organizations. And there should be sustainable development with resources, and when using resources we should think in present and in future about what is going on. And we should not destroy the life to the people coming after us, but the people living now should have a good life, and we should acquire competence through the whole life, and we should use it. And this is the responsibility to the schools and the research institutions, and hence we cannot use any religion to explain what is going on in business life and in organizations, since this is the courses we are learning in schools, and if we are ignoring schools, upper secondary schools and the business schools, colleges and universities, there is no point of any education. Education makes us as new as humans, and we can give billions of messages many places, but we are just choosing about what to say and to write where we are, and the better results we can get, the better the situation is, and the more stable we are in human minds.
We are doing things in nations that are reflected in economics, social sciences and in administration, and we should use courses that we have to understand things more properly!
