The Internet is a net between us, hence the name Internet! We can use it to communicate and to get information from different sources. And many people use the Internet to keep them informed in their works. We get both pictures and text on the Internet, and the use of it is very widely in the world. We get the information we need in few seconds.
The Internet can be used to get information from the newspapers in the world, to search for things by using Google, Yahoo and Altavista among several information searchers. The origin to the Internet came from the US, where the military forces used the Internet to communicate and to get information from each other, and from people being responsible of writing and distributing text and pictures online your PC, your iPhone, your iPad, your iPod touch, your Apple Watch or your Mac. Many people around the earth are using the Internet to get the day become even more convenient.
The history of the Internet has its origins in the work of building and interconnecting computer networkds, and this is coming from research and development in the US and with other involving researchers in international cooperation, especially with researchers in Great Britain and in France. The web is world wide, hence the name «world wide web» or just www. You can search what you want in the world by using the Internet, and there could be no hits, one hit, several hits or many hits about what you want to find information on, and what you want to examine. And leaders and organizations and private households need this information from the Internet to take care of and to cope what is really going on in the world in different places and in different environments.
Information is facts that are provided about something or someone, or things you are learning about something or someone, and you can have learned wrong things about the subject being investigated, or you can have learned too little. And the Internet is used to keep you informed about what is going on, and you can search what you want, and today research and development is dependent on getting the information that is present in the world, and to be the first person in the relevant market. So, this means that the Internet is an information vehicle among people, and everyone having a PC and having the availability to the Internet can use it to know even more, and we can use it to be more emotional and more focused on what to to when. And the Internet and its evolution, can be examined by using the questions what, how, when, where, why and what all these things mean!
The first workable prototype of the Internet came in the late 1960s with the creation of ARPANET, or the Advanced Research Projects Agency Network. ARPANET adopted TCP/IP on January 1, 1983, and from there researchers began to assemble the “network of networks” that became the modern Internet. Accordingly, we have had the Internet since the late 1960s, and it has become the modern version of societies today, to being updated about what is going on. But in addition to these thing, we need the magazines, the newspapers, the TV, the radio, or whatever media channel that is usable and that gives us utility!
The evolution or the start of the Internet, goes back to the late 1960s. But it was really the US Defense that first initiated a research program for using a new commucation vehicle between people and between and within organizations. This researh program investigated techniques and technologies for interlinking packet networks of varios kinds. The main purpose behind these things was to develop communication protocols which would allow networked computers to communicate transparently across multiple, linked packet networks. The Internet has come to be there, and Alvin Toffler has written about «The Third Wave» to be the Information Age which many of us perceive in the world today. You should know enough in business, and you should know more than your competitors. That is the way of making competitive advantages in the markets today. And you need education and research background nowadays to act in sensible ways in markets, and to understand what markets really are and can be.
