Cauliflower is one of my favorite vegetable to experiment with. It's cheap and also quite versatile. Today, I am presenting a recipe on how to make cauflilower rice. It's very easy and you can pair it with anything you like including sauted shrimp like I did.
As usual, most of my recipes are intended for people who have minimum cooking skills and minimum appliances. Having minimum appliances should not stop you from eating nutritious meal. So, with one of my expertise surviving my adulthood using minimum appliances, I am sharing one of my recipes in hope you might want to try it at home too.

HOW TO COOK
- Get a fresh looking cauliflower

Smash the cauliflower
Put mashed cauliflower into a stainless steel bowl and steam it inside the rice cooker

Take it out after the water boils.
Then, let it cold
How To Cook Sautéed Shrimp

- Put 3 tablespoon of coconut oil or olive oil
- Wait until its hot
- Sauté the shrimp until it changes color
