20th March, a remarkable day for me, not only because my birthday makes it special but also on this day we, the content creators have got a place for ourselves, our own decentralized social media blockchain where creators born and exist: "HIVE Blockchain". We all know what exactly happened with us on Steem and how steemit takeover had been done. That incident left us no choice except to create our own platform and that's where the idea of HIVE was born.
We have just passed amazing one year on HIVE Blockchain. Many people are working hard behind the scene to make HIVE a better place for everyone. HIVE is a community-based social media platform where several communities are working hard for diversity and for giving people a place on HIVE Blockchain. Community is the key, without communities, it is hard for a new user to understand HIVE Blockchain including myself.
Hive is a censorship-free platform and anything can be built here. Hive offers a place for those people who believe in free speech and want to share with the community and audiences without being censored.
I still don't understand why people love to share their content on Facebook where they are getting nothing except a few likes and comments. When I came into this blockchain world I had no idea about blockchain technology and crypto. Hive community gave me a place to understand and learn about blockchain and gave me the lessons of the true meaning of the community. Every day I learn something new here and educate myself.
I know many people including myself have got financial support from HIVE especially during pandemic situations. Many people were struggling with their life and Hive gave them an opportunity to earn some rewards for livelihood. Hive gave chances to many people to execute their ideas and helped them to build their own projects.
I know my words are not enough to describe the contribution of HIVE and what HIVE has done for us...
We have got a safe place for ourselves...
To celebrate 1 year anniversary and the birthday of Hive, I and my boyfriend have ordered a cake just to share my love for HIVE. I know this is nothing. Cake cutting ceremony and celebration had been done on Twitter Live with @nathanmars. Few technical issues happened but it's okay... I wanna thank @nathanmars and @blind-spot for joining on Twitter live with me to celebrate Hive's anniversary. It means a lot to me. My idea was to celebrate Hive's Birthday on Twitter to let other people know about Hive and its Potentiality because I feel Hive has a lot of potentialities but still undervalued...

Let's talk about my Birthday :
I personally don't like to celebrate my own birthday but my boyfriend ordered a beautiful cake for me to celebrate my birthday. Basically, I went out for a nice lunch, cut the cake and came home, that's all I have done. Most of my friends were out of the city so I had to celebrate my day without them. But it's okay, I had a great time exploring a new location of Kharkiv city and had a nice delicious lunch. My family is not here so the cake cutting ceremony I have celebrated with them through Zoom App.
Should I call myself lucky? Of course, I am lucky...
My plan for HIVE is long-term but I can't ensure the future, anything can happen. Wherever I will be, I will always remember HIVE and its contribution to my life...
