Coconut sprouts turn into ice cream.
Surprisingly we got many sprouted coconuts from our garden. For many of them, my husband tried to sow them and I saved some so I wanted to try new recipes.
Hello, vegan lovers, friends, and community today I introducing my new recipe for vegan ice cream made with just coconut milk and coconut sprouts cream. But I am sorry something went wrong and the photo of the ingredients disappeared from the camera. sorry for that.
after breaking them I carefully took the sprouts 5 sprouts I used in this recipe.
All that coconut flash I used to make milk for the second ingredient for this recipe.
Ingredients:
1.5 cups cream from coconut sprouts.
300 ml thick coconut milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup chocolate cheaps.
After removed all 5 sprouts I cut them into small pieces, put them in a mixer jar added 1/2 cup of thick coconut milk.
After ground it it became a thick cream-like consistency.
removed it in a steel container.
Covered and kept in a refrigerator.
First, I took a creamy layer of coconut milk and started whisking it.
Added vanilla essence to the coconut cream.
1 tbsp sugar
Gradually added coconut sprouts cream which was set in the refrigerator.
Added more coconut milk and again whisking.
I added chocolate chips but they went directly in the bottom of the mixture. Anyway sometimes it happens not every time and everything goes perfectly.
After got smooth I removed the mixture and put it in a container.
kept in a refrigerator.
The next day when I removed it it became quite hard.
So I removed it from the container and just had it in slices. The
Tt was it looks a little messy but so delicious.
