Just going for a little walk, and chatting about the importance of living in alignment with, living consistently with, your beliefs, values, and principles.
Your mental programming decides what your experience of reality is, and you have control over it. If you feel bad about something you do, either change the belief that makes you feel bad, or change the behavior.
Mostly going off on this one because of so many people expressing their fear about what comes next, the "great reset," etc... yet they aren't acting like the world is about to collapse (liquidating everything, stocking up on supplies & seeds, and heading into the forest.)
