While the whole world is still battling with the Covid crises, in India there is all together a different fight and that is of the farmers. Each and every Indian know about this and it is sad to see what is happening around the Country.
Basically the farmers have a protest against the 3 bills passed by the government which aim to deregulate the wholesale product markets. The farmers are fearing that if these laws come to enforcement they will lose a specific price guarantee in the wholesale market which is now in place. The government assures that it will not be the case, but we all know how governments work and how much they can be trusted. I

In many situations, we might find ourselves with a level of healthy stress - practicing yoga, in the gym, in our professional lives and even in our hobbies. The stress is good for us; it will help us grow. But if we only have stress, the growth can be more difficult than it needs to be.
The stress is the yang, the masculine energy. When we find a yin, or feminine energy, that can aid the growth. The yin can be the “spoonful of sugar that helps the medicine go down”, so to speak.

The abhorrent Tuskegee experiments conducted by the US government from 1935 to 1972 were not confined to the United States - they were exported abroad. The secret medical experiments were extended to an Central American nation in the midst of revolution where the rule of law is often tenuous and sometimes non-existent. That place was Guatemala.

I got to bed late the other day. Around 3PM, rather than my usual 9-10AM. Didnt lose any sleep, just adjusted it a a few hours. It's all for good cause though.
My friend (the one I've been talking and developing and progressing with for five years) moved to a new place on two and a half acres, and he's nearly settled enough to start thinking about his garden. So when he said that at the end of our work day, I said something to the tune of "cool, I'm coming over, let's do this." We spent the morning getting his raised beds situated, then we talked about the property and his plans for it.

Can you feel something changing? It was subtlety growing for the last decade and half and, since then, more and more people have started noticing that things are not as they had always been.
We've yet to see it's form but it's massive and has been forming under the surface of awareness for a long time. The subject matter of "good vs bad or evil" has always fascinated many because society cannot survive without codes of conduct but what is happening to our world today is clearly the sign that something, the way we see nature and our fellow humans, has gone terribly wrong.
We are not talking of children that have misdiagnosed and turned out being adult psychopaths here but the fact that our so-called codes of conduct are the root cause of our civilization's miseries. Now this said, most cases of sociopathy and psychopathy are the inexorable byproducts of our erroneous societal premises and fallacies.

Having studied western astrology in my youth, and noticing that it is out of synch with literal planetary positions, I decided to look rather at Jyotish, or Vedic Indian astrology and found it to be more accurate. Jyotish aligns with the astronomical or literal positions of the planets whereas western astrology is tropical or aligned seasonally with the solstices and equinoxes.

Today I want to reflect on the meaning of the famous maxim "know thyself", which was inscribed in the pronaos of the Temple of Apollo at Delphi. Knowing yourself means knowing who you are, knowing what you are. Self-knowledge is achieved through self-observation and introspection; observing your thoughts, knowing their origins; observing your feelings, knowing their reasons; observing your actions, knowing their causes. All of this leads us to self-knowledge. Someone who knows himself understands himself.
Do I Believe The Way In Which My Children Are Being Educated, Is Preparing Them For The Future?

I chose home education for my children, because I do not agree with the way that the educational system is used to program our children, to get them to conform to a certain way of thinking and living. I want my girls to grow up to be independent, to be empowered and to have the skills necessary for them to thrive in whatever career or area of work that they choose.
I want them, to have the time to discover who they are, to not be influenced by the direction of others.
Elderberry & Tulsi: A Herbal Bounty for Tea & Syrup

Sometimes I cannot help but gush about the wonders of my garden. At this time of year, especially, it's fit to burst, with elderberries dripping from the trees in heavy clumps and the heady smells of tulsi.
I rarely have time to collect the elderberry, as it always darkens just as I go back to work. This year we had a few days of hot weather that ripened about a quarter of the crop, so whist placating the chickens with heavy handfuls of purple berries thrown their way, I filled a bucket to make the syrup.
