The authors who have been chosen to become part of the Abundance.Tribe community are all writing content of high quality, which focus on the following topics:

| Anarchy | Non-Violence | Philosophy | Veganism | Mindfulness |
| Community Empowerment | Love | Original Music | Esotericism |
| Healthy Recipes | Psychedelics | Truth | Permaculture |

Today I wish to share 15 articles, from the tribe. We are living in times where we are being fed a lot of mis information, so be wise in what you choose to read and believe. Why Freedom of Choice in Education is Important.

image.png

@minismallholding

Growing up I experienced two different schools. I started out in the English state school system, what is probably better known in other countries as the public school system. Officially children don't have to start school until they turn 5, in the UK, however, they often start when they are 4, if they'll turn 5 in that school year. From the age of 3 they can also attend nursery school for half a day, at least this is how things sit currently and how they stood when my daughters were that age about 15 years ago.

[ENG|ESP] Three crops for times of scarcity | Tres cultivos para tiempos de escasez

image.png

@fenngen

We're reaching the end of winter here in Chile and there are little precious greens to be eaten. The abundance of mushrooms brought by the autumn is long gone and the wild edibles are only beginning to rise from under the snow. However, in my mother's greenhouse three plants have managed to do just fine, despite no one tending to them throughout the whole winter.
Their resilience and ability to thrive during the cold months make them perfect plants to plant at your homestead so that you can have fresh veggies during the transition from winter to spring.

Re-imagine the Police

image.png

@indigoocean

The phrase "Defund the Police" is controversial, mainly because it sounds to most people like it means "abolish the police." Really it means different things to different people, as many new phrases do until we settle on a collective agreement on meaning.
My suggestion is that we cede the term to the "abolish" camp, and so stop using it when what we mean is more accurately captured by "Re-imagine the Police."

How Long Before This Massive Disclosure Rocks The World?

@earthcustodians

It is the first time we heard of the movie by Paul Rice released in 2018, but it really started picking up in 2019. As we have several blogs dealing with the subject of child abuse, it definitely caught our attention today. It is very odd to us that we didn't find about it sooner but that happens.
However, since we are in full support of the "disclosure" and when reading that Paul Rice's movie had been heavily censored in 70 countries by Amazon, we immediately thought of helping the truth prevail and to publish another blog about it today. So please share this link with as many people as possible!

The First Harvest: Lughnasadh (or how to kill a god)

image.png

@freemotherearth

...as I type this post, the sun is shining bright while the rain is pouring down...indeed a blessing for this celebration of the wheel...
Last evening at sundown here in the Northern Hemisphere, Lughnasadh arrived, making today the first of the harvest season, of the fall. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the wheel of the year that many of us "dirt-worshipping tree huggers" use for a calendar, it is an astronomically-based system that focuses on the Earth's natural cycles as it revolves around the sun. The only deviation I know of on the planet would be that they are opposites in the Northern and Southern Hemispheres.

Our Sacred Moon Cycle, Connecting With The Sacred Feminine!

image.png

@trucklife-family

When I was a teenager, I was scared to start my menstrual cycle! I had only ever been told negative things about it, how it is an inconvenience, how it is painful and how something that we need to hide. The idea of using sanitary products, when I was on my cycle, indicated that it was something that was dirty and something we needed to be cleansed of.
How cleverly our power is twisted right in front of our eyes, because when we are on our cycle, we are indeed cleansing ourselves, but not in the way that the media or historically the church would have us believe. We do not need to be cleansed because of our cycle, because it is our cycle that cleanses us.

My new home is so NEARLY ready! Phewph what a crazy journey!

image.png

@eco-alex

Wow! In so many ways it feels like this past 5 months has been leading up to today! My desire and need to have some form of security and home after being locked out of India has been intense! Lockdown sure changed my life, and since march i have been homeless, living in a ice cold garden shed, living in a massage parlour, and many more strange and interesting places. Security to me means a home with no rent, water and power at little to no cost, and food growing in the garden! In May, two months after losing my right to return to my home in India we finalized the land purchase in Portugal, and ever since then I have been working hard and steadily toward putting my first home in Europe up!

Happiness Chemicals Life hacks - Part 2

image.png

@nainaztengra

Happiness Chemical Hacks is nothing but all about managing the hormones in our body, which overall regulates the energy flow in our body. The energy that we build up for our internal systems reflect on our overall physical and mental health. That energy gets built up from the diet we eat and our lifestyle, our habits. It is nothing that works in singularity, everything is interconnected.

The Endless Quest for Untouched: Reflections on the International Day of the World's Indigenous People

image.png

@artemislives

In my 17 years in Thailand, I have worked with, befriended, partnered and supported 4 indigenous tribes: the Black Lahu people, the Lisu tribe, the Hmong and the greater Karen people, who are actually a community of many smaller and individuated tribes. My former Thai husband - the father of my daughter - is married to a Hmong woman now. And our cousin-uncle Ed, is married to her Hmong 'sister' from the same village.

image.png

@homestead-guru

What to Plant in August
The growing season is well underway and you have probably already harvested much of what you planted this spring. Getting Right with God: Live in Abundance, Not in Excess

image.png

@nateonsteemit

Last Sunday's post was one I've been working on for a while. I cut about 800 words off of it as I was coming up on my trip that day. When I said "posting for posterity, BRB" I meant that I needed something to read after I came back to see if I came back the same. A reference point. I expected change, but didn't know how.
For about fifteen years, I had been preparing for last week's trip. In some way or another, I knew hallucinogens would be part of my life. I didn't know when or how until the last month or so. I'd found out through talking and reading that a natural plant-based option would be best for sure. Not MDMA, LSD, or the like.

The Great Con Game

image.png

@krnel

“It’s a joke. It’s all a fuckin’ joke. God help us all.”
– The Comedian (Watchmen)
That movie was all about the Noble Lie, to manipulate and control society with the allegedly “greater good” Noble Lie of “necessary evil”. It’s all manipulation through false appearances.
We’re being played. The world is a stage. It’s all a joke, a sad sorry state of affairs. Most are unaware of the serious game being played on us. We’re all pawns being moved on a grand chessboard through facets of our way of life. It starts early with outcome-based education to indoctrinate us into accepting and normalizing the status quo of continual wars and theft of others and ourselves.

The Move Towards Decentralization Takes On Many Forms

image.png

@taskmaster4450

Regularly we talk about decentralization as a quest for cryptocurrency. There are many layers to this subject, something that is often overlooked.
To start, the primary focus tends to be on token distribution. This makes a lot of sense since an ecosystem where the tokens are spread out tends to be more vibrant than one where the ownership is in the hands of a few. We all know how an economic system shaped liked this works out.
This is especially true in a DPoS system where the token stake also applies to governance. Thus, we see this at the top of the list.

The @Abundance.Tribe Bi-Weekly Question

Focalized by @Trucklife-Family

The aim of the biweekly question is to help promote self awareness, so that we can begin to go back to a point in our lives, where we are connecting more with our intuitive self. By asking these questions, we are getting one another to dig deep and to reflect on our lives. To focus on what we really want in life and on how we are going to achieve it.

This question today has been put forward by @elamental
Why is ego so prominent in so called "conscious" communities and "the movement"?

Abundance Tribe's Evergreen Collection #1: Breathing Life into Paid Out Posts

Focalized by @artemislives

There are so many good posts which are enjoyed so fleetingly, or perhaps not at all. Maybe it was published before you joined Hive or not yet following that author? Or that was the week you were fasting in a yurt in Mongolia without wifi? Life happens and the 7 day post rewards window is short. Many would say too short. There are also just so many reasons why a post is overlooked, forgotten or received less reward than it should have: autovoters were down, token price crashed, or it was another Hard Fork within moments of you pressing 'publish".
