RE: If There Was One Message That You Could Get Across To A Large Group Of People. What Would Your Message Be And Who Would Those People Be ?

Synchronicity is a beautiful thing. It reveals a depth to the world that is largely unknown, or wilfully ignored by the majority, and at times when I experience it, I feel that it is somewhat of a nod from the universe, that I am on the right path or approaching it.

That is why I felt obligated to reply to this question. For at the moment I stumbled across it, I was already contemplating in my mind the best manner in which to present an idea to a group of people I know will not wish to hear it.

That group of people are all who base their life upon the authority of any given scripture, and the message I want to communicate is; don't.

It is funny. With all that is going on in the world, I have heard it several times in just the past few days, that one should never blindly follow authority, and should always make up their own mind about what is right. The message is typically aimed at police officers, doing the bidding of the state, but often proceeded by a quote from the Bible, or some other authority.

This contradiction is hard to swallow. How can one tell another not to blindly follow authority, when they are doing it themselves?

I do not mean to argue the existence of God or of Gods. I definitely believe in a higher power. But for the same reason I think it foolish that we vote for people who are unpredictable and ever-changing, I also think it unwise to follow the laws allegedly presented by a higher power.

It is ideas, not people or gods, that we ought to serve. An idea is constant. It does not change. In that sense, one could consider a human being a finite vessel for the expression of infinite ideas.

So many claim to be servants of God. But what does this mean? Really, what they mean is they try to follow rules written within a book that they cannot honestly state were of the Creator.

If Allah, Yahweh, or Jesus Christ appeared to you now, clear as day, and told you to slay your pet dog; would you do it? Perhaps because Abraham is said to have taken a knife to his beloved son's throat at the command of God, one would think that they ought to. But how does one know that God is God? It is the very nature of our being, that we are unable to know anything for sure beyond the fact that we exist.

The only thing we can do as humans, is trust the law that is written on our heart. When we do something wrong, it notifies us. But if scripture is asking you to cut skin off your penis, or to ignore what your heart tells you and to trust a book instead; then God is surely a fool to have designed us in such a way that he need make alterations afterwards. I don't know about you, but I find this world to be far too magnificent to have been spawned by a fool.

Any who aren't entirely brainwashed, see the left/right paradigm of governance as a means of control. So why, does one, knowing that this is a tactic of the enemy, not recognise that the same strategy could be at play with Jesus and Satan?

I am not here to argue which Gods are real and which are not. I'm not sure there even is an argument to be made, for our belief in them makes them real on some level at least. But, believing in God, does not mean we should trust God. By all means, if you're able to; open a dialogue with God if it brings you comfort. But obey no commandment that you cannot rationalise, honestly, as good, yourself.

The truth is, a being who is morally perfect is without free will anyway. They are confined to make the best choice, every time, and consequently their path is predetermined. Such a thing ought not to be considered a living entity, as much as an unwavering force.

It is we, humans, that have the power to choose. And perhaps it is time for us to choose to put Good before God. On no level is it logical to trust a God that commands we do not kill and then commands, apparently, that people be killed (old testament). Even Jesus, whose words I very often agree with, cannot be trusted. How can you trust a man who says, do not make promises, and then follows it with talk about marriage?? This is contradictory, and a massive red flag.

Now God may be real. Jesus may be authentic. The prophet Mohammed may be a real messenger of the Creator. But you aren't being honest with yourself if you claim that you know this to be the case, and truth is exalted in almost every scripture as the greatest virtue. Even the Eastern idea of "enlightenment", is a word that is synonymous with "discovering the truth."

I think it is high time we look upon truth in a different way. The old adage "know thyself, and you will understand the planets and the gods," I think, is misunderstood. People seem to believe that to know oneself means to analyse your mind and "figure out" who you are. I disagree. I think the word "know" in this context is speaking to the biblical definition of the word know, which means, "to experience."

If I am right, to know thyself, means to experience thyself - to be thyself. And that means to never betray that feeling in your heart or that voice in your head that says "this is wrong." There is even a clue to this in the Bible, as the one said to be most righteous of all, Noah, who knew ahead of time that a flood was coming, is called Noah. Listen to the word. Noah, is the knower. Knowing himself, being himself, and walking in righteousness, he was granted with knowledge. And this makes perfect sense. Why would nature, god, whatever you want to call it, disclose the secrets of the universe to an unrighteous soul that would abuse those secrets? No. That makes no sense. Not unless again, God is a fool or nature is sloppy. It is those deserving, who will not abuse power, that ought to be granted knowledge of the universe.

Again there is a clue for this in the world "worthy." How prevalent is the notion of "he who is worthy will receive the power" in mythology and in our stories? Listen to the word. Worthy. If only you were thee, worthy you would be.

So, if truth is living in accordance with the heart and the conscience, what should one do when a book purported to be written by the Creator tells them to ignore their heart and listen to what the book says instead? In my opinion, they should scrutinise it closer. Try and make sense of how it could possibly be the right thing to do. And if they cannot, they should abandon the idea and follow their heart.

The word heart is made up of the consonants "HRT." We know that in ancient languages, the vowels were not used to define words. And even the Bible itself tells us that our enemy hides things backwards and upside down. So, we should seriously question why when reversing those letters, and adding new vowels, we can get the word TORAH - the supposed Law of God. Perhaps there is a divine reason for this. Perhaps the Torah really is the word of God. Or, perhaps the God we know is a perversion of Good, and an attempt to redefine it, and perhaps, the Torah, is a perversion of the Law written upon our hearts from birth.

I know that I am sharing some perhaps hard to swallow ideas about language here, but again, does the Bible not say that everything hidden will eventually be revealed? Is it possible that we all know the truth, and language is evolving in such a way to reveal it to us? If so, we should also question why God sounds like Gawde, the Latin word for trick, prank, deceive. Why it sounds exactly like the word gaud; a showy and purely ornamental thing. Why God is linked, using the consonant method I just shared, to goad; provoke or annoy (someone) so as to stimulate an action or reaction, and to gid; a disease found in sheep (Jesus is the good shepherd, because you, and I, are considered the sheep).

I ask you to remember this scripture;

“Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few."

If you are going to live your life by scripture, take note of this. Because if you believe the same thing millions of others do, it is very unlikely you're heading in the right direction based upon your own doctrine.

In conclusion, I wish that people would be brave enough to put Good before God. It isn't righteous to follow God or Jesus because you're afraid of going to hell. If hell is real, then so many of your brothers and sisters are down there, and if you were righteous, you would want to free them. If you can think it righteous to follow rules you don't agree with, and to care not for those who have been condemned to hell for living in a world that corrupted them, that they seemingly did not ask to be born into, then you are as hypocritical as the God you serve.

So I ask, I plead, I beg - If you are going to be a servant; serve Good, not God. For what is Good is always Good, but what is God, changes from century to century, if not year to year. And if your God is real, he will surely not be able to blame you for doing what you thought was right in your heart - the one He gave you, as often as you could.
