AbundanceTribe QOTW - What is the effect of Fear on our Individual and Collective Psyche

Fear a small word but has great impact on our lives. When we are gripped with our own fears and insecurities I don't think anyone from outside can be of any help to us, it is an internal work to deal with.

There are times when we know that it is not going to be alright, it will be messy somewhere and we may have to go through the worst, but still we can chose how we want to navigate the path. If we keep being in Fear of the consequences, we will keep spreading that energy and multiply the effects of it in the Universe, but if we chose to abandon fear and spread out peace in times of adversity, then there is a possibility that the collective efforts and the energy spread out in the universe is going to help us tackle the situation.

The reality that we create stays around with us. Fear is a feeder for the ones who want to keep us in control, then be it anyone, it can be governments, secret societies, elites with agendas, or our own family and friends, our work place, or be it anything. When we fear, we give away all our power to the one who is wanting us to be in control, then be it a person or a situation, we are giving them opportunity to strengthen up and we ourselves in turn become weaker and weaker. Fear is an emotion that plays a big impact on our immune system, the more the fear, the weaker our immune system.

If we come out of that frequency and raise our energy into higher dimensions, no matter what, we will always be above these energies and we will have our power in our own control.

Fears are the blocks that we create in our Etheric field that works with our energy and attracting the same what we keep feeling and thinking. There are many hidden fears also which we need to confront and overcome. How would you realize that there are hidden fears? Look at your life patterns, what are you attracting all the time, how is your behavior towards self and others, are you progressing in life? These are the questions one need to ask.How the hell can one progress if clouded and fearful.

There are some fears that we are aware of but there are many hidden fears also that we have been carrying from either our past lives, womb or early childhood experiences, and not to forget many implanted fears also. These hidden fears are very difficult to tackle. There are many pathological emotions that we are stuck up which we do not even realize at times. So what do we do and how can we get out of it? The most simple way to do it is raise our consciousness. When we raise our consciousness a lot of these hidden attributes that we hold within start getting dissolved. As I say the most simple, but not as much simple to follow that path. It means complete confrontation with self and working on every grey area. Being mindful every single moment of life.

The collective vibration of Fear that we are spreading out in the universe at this point of time is huge, then what are we expecting to get in return?
The Pandemic has done more then enough harm, but at the same time it has also brought in some goodness with it. Do we see that how people have become more mindful about their health, lifestyle, diet. So it is not that only the vibration of fear is reflecting back, even the vibration of compassion is reflecting back which is being done collectively by so many people in terms of Meditation and other self awareness practices. The vibration of fear or Freedom that we are spreading out in the universe, collectively all of it is reflecting back to us. If we can break these chains of Fear collectively and start spreading out the energy of Love, Peace, happiness, it is going to bring Freedom to us.

The energy of fear is not only impacting the immune system, but destroying our mental health. Everyone's mental health is not same and hence the way to deal with fear is also not same. I am hearing about suicide cases like never before. People are getting into the mode of uncertainty, not knowing what next, fearing for the times to come and for some it is so much gripping that they feel it is better to end lives rather then go through this uncertainty.

There are many types of Fears to deal with, like behavioral fears, Fear of going in the dark, fear of death, loneliness, losing loved ones, losing a job. The more we fear the more we attract it, because we are really feeding onto them rather then releasing them.

The one thing that one really need to do is turn away from TV and other channels of news, until you’ve gained enough real knowledge to watch the news from a place where you can analyse / decode the propaganda, instead of the hypnotic way in which they implants beliefs in our head which are more in terms of spreading Fear then Peace.

A lady once told me when I was discussing this subject with her, Be concerned about the situation but do not be fearful about the situation. Every time I now land up in such a situation I think of this statement and gather myself up, getting a clear understanding of the situation and dissolving my fear.

Fears are very natural to us, it is not that we can never be fearful. It is ok to be fearful but we should not allow the fear to build up and spread. Fear for the moment is ok, but then confronting it and dissolving it will allow us to progress.
