For me, gratitude is the greatest act of love we can make every day. It is the possibility of giving thanks for all the days we have lived. There are no bad days or good days. Every day of our lives has a reason to be. Some days bring us enjoyment and joy. For those days we are grateful to God and the Universe for their blessings. Other days invite us to correct our actions, to modify our strategy and therefore to reorient our log. For those days my gratitude for the learning obtained. That is why every day of my life I am grateful for all the experiences I have lived and for all the circumstances I have gone through. They represent my strength today. Grateful for every life experience.

Giving thanks for each sunrise is the best way to thank for a new opportunity to love, a new opportunity to create, a new opportunity to share, a new opportunity to teach, a new opportunity to learn. That's the best way to leave our mark... our legacy in the tiny fraction of time that represents our passage through this sphere of life. You might ask me, why am I talking about a tiny fraction of time? For me it is a very small fraction of time because I compare it to the time scale of some natural cycles or processes, for example, the formation of soils that can involve up to a thousand years of formation; or the life of some plant and animal species that can reach more than 400 years.

And if, in addition, we are healthy people, grateful to God for that. Grateful for our food, food that should be part of our daily healing. That is our responsibility, to select the best in quality to nourish us. My infinite gratitude to God and the Universe for giving our family the opportunity to have food on each of our tables. We must take care of the temple of our soul.

And I can also mention that every day I am grateful for the air I breathe, for the beating of my heart and for the life of every single cell in my body. Our life is a great blessing and therefore we must take responsibility for the consequences of each of our actions. We should be thankful every day for the new opportunity we have to be our best. Our best version as spiritual beings, social beings and as human beings who day by day must have harmonious relations with #pachamama.
