Human development is one of the topics that I have found very interesting in recent years, I think because of the influence of my best friend (Bachelor of Human Development) and my brother (8th semester student of human development), so that this close contact with the career has given me an interesting perspective. I personally think that human development is one of the most essential disciplines in this contemporary world, because I feel that on the one hand it reflects on the human in a theoretical sense, but it also implements practical resources to build a holistic understanding of the various areas of the human, seeking to improve the conditions of possibility of the human in the world.
I think the definition proposed in the initiative's post expresses it very well, click here to go to the contest post. As my task is not to define human development, I do not want to dwell on this issue, besides, there are people more qualified than me in this field.
Now, what the initiative proposes to the community is nothing more than to encourage the reflection of the web3 in relation to human development, the question they propose to us is:
How do you think the Hive platform (beyond the blog) can transform lives and their environment?
Not because I am co-founder of the humanitas project, but, I must confess that I loved this week's proposal, so without further ado, let's start with my reflection...
Thinking about Hive beyond the blog, is thinking about Web3, but before outlining my point of view I want to propose a small and quick approach to the history of the Web, because if we talk about a Web3, it is because there has been a web2 and a web1. Let's start with the Web1, this goes back to the beginning of the Internet in which the relationship with this technology was very passive on the part of the users, in those years (late 90's and early 2000's) it was only about searching for information hosted on large servers and nothing more, something very simple if we look at it in retrospect. Then in the mid-2000s, in that first decade of the 21st century, web2 began, with platforms that were a little more active, since it allowed some interaction, it also allowed us to express ourselves through platforms like twitter and facebook. There is no denying that by that time it was a revolution.
In both the web1 and web2 version the control was held by the companies, the monetization and economic models were governed by the companies, it was a centralized way of conceiving the internet. But from the birth of Bitcoin, since it marked the beginning of what we know today as Web3, this new way of conceiving the internet comes to propose decentralization, and if in the past versions of the internet the power was in the hands of corporations, with this new web the balance leans to the side of creators and consumers, to the point of proposing a balance.
Now, I do not pretend to define precisely what web3 is, since you can find that very easily on the internet, what is certain is that Hive is an innovative way to build web3 since it has the necessary characteristics to position itself as a pioneer platform in this new digital era. Hive is open source, decentralized, you can get tips in your own crypto of origin, each product can propose an investment possibility, as we can build economic models.
There are other things that identify Hive, and that differentiate it from other platforms but we can outline that at another time, the point is to outline a possibility of transformation from the platform beyond the blog. The most obvious thing is to think about the rewards received after creating content, but this is not the point, let's look beyond that.
And the first thing that comes to my mind is in an economic sense, since with blockchain technology we can innovate and create our own economic model, we can build solid projects, coupled to the blockchain. We have the possibility to create a project empowering our personal goals in a free way, and that in the materialization of what we project we can run into people who may have the same interests. In short, looking beyond the blog, the fact that hive is open source gives us the possibility to create projects from its code.
But this is not all, understanding that Hive is a whole ecosystem makes us understand that the possibilities are countless, sometimes I think that imagination will be our best ally when creating things in Hive, and I'm not talking about creating content, we can create applications, tools and endless things, what we may need is to learn to program them, that is, reading beyond the blog makes me think that Hive can move us to learn new skills to continue growing in the blockchain. And undoubtedly, education is one of the most important things to consider from human development, because only with education we can foster true freedom and thus aim for a much less toxic and corrupt society.
I feel that the web3 is a stage of human history that moves us to innovate in all areas, and in fact, it is very attractive to think about the idea of a Blockchain State, with a decentralized policy. But I will tell you more about that later.

Web3 y el desarrollo humano
El desarrollo humano es uno de los temas que estos últimos años me ha parecido muy interesante, creo que por influencias de mi mejor amiga (Lic. Desarrollo Humano) y mi hermano (estudiante del 8vo semestre de desarrollo humano), de modo que este contacto cercano a la carrera me ha dado una perspectiva interesante. Personalmente pienso que el desarrollo humano es de las disciplinas más imprescindibles en esta contemporaneidad, porque siento que por un lado reflexiona lo humano en sentido teórico pero que implementa recursos prácticos para construir una comprensión holística de los diversos ámbitos de lo humano, procurando mejorar las condiciones de posibilidad de lo humano en el mundo.
Creo que la definición que se ha propuesto en el post de la iniciativa lo expresa muy bien, pincha aquí para ir al post del concurso. Como mi tarea no es definir el desarrollo humano no quiero extenderme en este asunto, además hay personas más calificadas que yo en este ámbito.
Ahora bien, lo que propone la iniciativa a la comunidad no es más que incentivar la reflexión de la web3 con relación al desarrollo humano, la pregunta que nos proponen es:
¿Cómo crees qué la plataforma Hive (más allá del blog), puede transformar vidas y su entorno?
No porque sea co-fundador del proyecto humanitas, pero, debo confesar que me encantó la propuesta de esta semana, así que sin más preámbulo comencemos con mi reflexión…
Pensar a Hive más allá del blog, es pensar en la Web3, pero antes de esbozar mi punto de vista quiero proponer un pequeño y rápido acercamiento de la historia de la Web, ya que si hablamos de una Web3, es porque ha habido una web2 y una web1. Comencemos con la Web1, esta se remonta a los comienzos del internet en el cual la relación con esta tecnología era muy pasiva por parte de los usuarios, en aquellos años (finales de los años 90 y comienzos de los 2000) solo se trataba de buscar información alojada en grandes servidores y nada más, algo muy sencillo si lo miramos en retrospectiva. Luego a mediados de los años 2000, en esa primera década del siglo XXI, comienza la web2, con plataformas un poco más activas, ya que permitió cierta interacción, nos permitió también expresarnos a través de plataformas como twitter y facebook. No se puede negar que para aquel entonces era toda una revolución.
Tanto en la versión web1 y web2 el control lo tenían las empresas, la monetización y los modelos económicos eran gobernados por las empresas, era un modo centralizado de concebir el internet. Pero a partir del nacimiento del Bitcoin, ya que marcó el inicio de lo que hoy conocemos como Web3, este modo nuevo de concebir al internet viene a proponer descentralización, y si en las versiones pasadas del internet el poder estaba en manos de las corporaciones, con esta nueva web la balanza se inclina del lado de los creadores y consumidores, al punto de proponer un equilibrio.
Ahora bien, no pretendo definir con precisión lo que es la web3, ya que eso lo puedes encontrar de un modo muy fácil por internet, lo que sí es cierto es que Hive, es un modo innovador de construir web3 ya que posee las características necesarias para posicionarse como plataforma pionera en esta nueva era digital. Hive es de código abierto, descentralizado, se pueden obtener propinas en su propia cripto de origen, cada producto puede proponer una posibilidad de inversión, ya que podemos construir modelos económicos.
Hay otras cosas que identifican Hive, y que la diferencian de otras plataformas pero eso lo podemos esbozar en otro momento, el asunto se trata de esbozar una posibilidad de transformación desde la plataforma más allá del blog. Lo más obvio resulta pensar en las recompensas que se reciben tras el crear contenido, pero no se trata de esto, miremos más allá.
Y lo primero que se viene a mi mente es en sentido económico, ya que con la tecnología blockchain podemos innovar y crear nuestro propio modelo económico, podemos construir proyectos sólidos, acoplados a la cadena de bloques. Tenemos la posibilidad de crear un proyecto potenciando nuestros objetivos personales de manera libre, y que en la materialización de lo que proyectamos podemos toparnos con personas que puedan tener los mismos intereses. En resumen, mirando más allá del blog, que hive sea de código abierto nos da cabida a crear proyectos a partir de su código.
Pero esto no es todo, entender que Hive es todo un ecosistema nos hace comprender que las posibilidades son incontables, a veces pienso que la imaginación será nuestro mejor aliado en el momento de crear cosas en Hive, y no hablo de crear contenido, podemos crear aplicaciones, herramientas y un sin fin de cosas, lo que quizá debemos es aprender a programarlas, es decir, haciendo una lectura más allá del blog me hace pensar que Hive nos puede mover a aprender nuevas habilidades para seguir creciendo en la blockchain. Y sin duda, la educación es de las cosas más importantes a considerar desde el desarrollo humano, porque solo con la educación podemos fomentar una libertad verdadera y así apuntar a una sociedad mucho menos tóxica y corrompida.
Siento que la web3 es un estadio de la historia humana que nos mueve a innovar en todos los ámbitos, y de hecho, se me hace muy atractiva pensar la idea de un Estado Blockchain, con una política descentralizada. Pero de ese asunto les comento luego.
