La justicia es un conjunto de valores esenciales sobre los cuales debe basarse una sociedad y el Estado. Estos valores son el respeto, la equidad, la igualdad y la libertad. En un sentido formal, la justicia es el conjunto de normas codificadas que el Estado, a través de los organismos competentes, dicta, hace cumplir y sanciona cuando son irrespetadas, suprimiendo la acción o inacción que generó la afectación del bien común. La palabra justicia proviene del latín iustitia que significa “justo”, y deriva del vocablo ius.
A lo largo de la vida el concepto de justicia se ha utilizado para hacer a la sociedad justa ante actos que se consideran injustos.
En cada época se establecieron normas, reglas, reglamentos que según van en mejoría y lograr una convivencia equilibrada...se daban a conocer en cuanto a que sucedería si faltan a las normas en cuanto a respetar bienes ajenos, instituciones, negocios, propiedades privadas, a personas.
En determinadas épocas la justicia era tomada por el pueblo y decidían qué hacer o no hacer en cuanto a la conducta de una persona...las autoridades después de emitir un juicio era comunicado a la población...esas decisiones tenían que ver con dejar a la persona vivir o morir...(iban a la horca o decapitados).
Con el paso del tiempo este tipo de condenas fueron cambiando, se hablaba de cadena perpetua cuando se consideraban caso extremos de alteración de normas.
Cuando se habla de ser justo, cada país tiene sus códigos donde profesionales del derecho se encargan de estudiar casos y de acuerdo a ellos se deciden condenas o pasos a seguir en cuanto a ello.

Considero que la sociedad siempre ha sido injusta desde las épocas medievales a épocas actuales, hay situaciones objetivas y subjetivas que hacen que la situación sea de estudio y haya inconformidad en cuanto a resultados. Esta injusticia la relaciono porque todos no tienen la misma manera de ver las cosas (percepción) y cada quien se rige por normas que todos no las siguen. Se presentan también casos donde las personas no son lo más sinceras y crean situaciones para hacer caer a otros, así no sean culpables de situaciones en las cuales son inculpadas...
Se presentan casos donde interviene la mentira y hace que por medio de estas llevar a personas a privarlas de libertad por sostenerlas, no hay forma de llegar a la verdad o la forma como son manejadas.
La justicia es como lo expresé en párrafos anteriores es muy subjetiva se maneja de acuerdo a la óptica de quien imparte la justicia, así los demás no estemos de acuerdo, en la medida que entiendo mas acerca del ser humano, comprendo que cada quien de acuerdo a sus vivencias se coloca al lado de lo que está relacionado y de acuerdo a su mundo donde interactúa...ser muy justo hay que mirarse internamente, observar a los demás, al emitir juicios ser cuidadosos. Interviene las emociones en actos que consideramos nocivos, en fin son muchos los elementos que envuelven a la justicia.

Justice is a set of essential values on which a society and the state must be based. These values are respect, equity, equality and freedom. In a formal sense, justice is the set of codified norms that the state, through the competent bodies, dictates, enforces and sanctions when they are disrespected, suppressing the action or inaction that generated the affectation of the common good. The word justice comes from the Latin word iustitia, which means "just", and derives from the word ius.
Throughout life, the concept of justice has been used to make society just in the face of acts that are considered unjust.
In each era norms, rules and regulations were established to improve and achieve a balanced coexistence...they were made known as to what would happen if the norms were not respected in terms of respecting other people's property, institutions, businesses, private property and people.
At certain times justice was taken by the people and they decided what to do or not to do regarding the conduct of a person...the authorities after issuing a judgment was communicated to the population...these decisions had to do with letting the person live or die...(they went to the gallows or were beheaded).
As time went by, these types of sentences changed, and life imprisonment was used when they were considered to be extreme cases of rule breaking.
When we talk about being fair, each country has its own codes where legal professionals are in charge of studying cases and according to them, sentences or steps to follow are decided.

I consider that society has always been unjust from medieval times to the present, there are objective and subjective situations that make the situation to be studied and there is non-conformity in terms of results. I relate this injustice to the fact that not everyone has the same way of seeing things (perception) and everyone is governed by rules that not everyone follows. There are also cases where people are not the most sincere and create situations to bring others down, even if they are not guilty of situations in which they are blamed...
There are cases where lies intervene and lead to people being deprived of their liberty because of these lies, there is no way to get to the truth or the way they are handled.
The justice is, as I said in previous paragraphs, very subjective, it is handled according to the point of view of the person who imparts justice, even if the rest of us do not agree, as I understand more about human beings, I understand that each person, according to their experiences, places themselves on the side of what is related and according to their world where they interact...to be very fair we have to look at ourselves internally, observe others, be careful when making judgements. Emotions intervene in acts that we consider harmful, in short, there are many elements involved in justice.
