Hello everyone! Zak Ludick here from Cape Town, South Africa and this... well... this is the greatest miniature boardgame in the world! Warhammer 40,000!
I have been considering doing a unit review of a couple of units that I stumbled across and then I thought: What good would that do if I did not give a bit of a review of the rest of the range... then I thought some more.
I came up with a solution!
I would randomly select units to review and then just keep spinning the wheel until negatives turn up the next result!
This will give all the readers here on Hive a random and fairly comprehensive idea about the units and factions!
When I review a unit I shall review the unit on its own... Something that I shall do... and here is the fun part... once I have sequentially and randomly reviewed a unit, I shall add it to the "Library" and then only use what is in the Library to connect synergies to the rest.
In the beginning I may mention a Faction rule and a Detachment rule but for simplicity's sake I will not mention absolutely every combination until it is necessary and there are enough unit in the "Library"

So, for example:
I have landed on the Adeptus Custodes. Now I randomly choose a letter of the alphabet. Should there not be a unit with the corresponding letter, the next letter in the alphabet is used. If it slides down to Z and there is no Z, then it goes back to A and slides down.
Selections that have already been reviewed will be skipped for the next. So if i review the first unit starting in a letter, next time I will review the next letter.
Also, I would need to review ALL Datasheets in the regular section before moving on to the Imperial Armor selections... if that is ALSO all reviewed then I shall remove the faction from the wheel as our Library is complete!
So in our example let's choose a letter:
I got an L, there is no L in the Datasheets to it goes to P which would be Prosecutors!
I would then conduct a Review about this unit and then proceed to the next unit the next day.
To be fair... I shall do THIS unit as the very first Review unit since I DID roll it randomly in my result!
I hope you guys think this is a cool idea? I think it should be entertaining!
