Since moving to Hive, @tribesteemup has rebranded to @abundance.tribe. There is currently a logo design contest active until May 1st. This blog contains my entry for the contest as well as an explanation of the meaning of my crafted logo and other design elements for this contest.
A tribe with synergy 🌍 🌎 🌏
My vision behind this design for @abundance.tribe was to showcase the 8 pillars of abundance. This is why I created an octagonal mandala. Each circle is being held up by a different member of the tribe. I also overlaid a gear shape in the middle to illustrate that the tribe is indeed functioning optimally together.
The colors match the @hiveio branding, but these can easily be changed to another color if the tribe wishes to distance itself from Hive's image. You will notice that I reflected the red and black several times throughout the logo design. This symbolizes a oneness within the tribe, much like how a hive functions.
