In times of pandemic, the consumption of some vitamins that strengthen the body's defense system becomes essential. Such is the case of vitamin C, which has properties that strengthen us against flu-like syndromes.
Among the fruits that contain a large amount of vitamin C, we find the orange, which besides being a savior in these times of dangerous viruses for life, is delicious and pleasant to eat, either directly or in delicious juices, among them the one we call Tres en Uno here in Venezuela (orange juice with carrot and beet).
Daily and Fresh are the dynamic created by our friend @gamer00 that consists of the publication of a daily photograph during 365 days, which must be unpublished, that is, that it has not been published before.
These spaces make those of us who love photography but are not professionals, to share our captures and feel as such.
