After many years of experience, I never imagined that all my work and knowledge would be synthesized in just 15 seconds. It is only natural that questions arise. The answer to this question lies in the very nature of the process. Once the final cut is made in the uterus to welcome the baby, there is a unique moment that can last anywhere from 15 to 25 seconds.
