Today's Topics - Focus on performance rather than exam results

This is the 36th episode of my parenting series. Here I discussed about roles and responsibilities of the teacher.

Every parent wants the continuous improvement of their babies. So they become tensed if they notice any fluctuations on the exam result of their babies.

Examination is nothing but a method of judgement the consequences of the students. But it has a lot of limitations. Your baby may have better merit than that is reflected on exam result.

So if your baby don't do well in exam or fluctuate his result suddenly, don't be paniced. It may happen due to his sickness or any other adversity.
