Our Little Night!

Hello!

Happy weekend! Woohoo! How is it going?

In this blog, I am happy to share some pictures of one of our four cats at home. In addition to cats, we also have three dogs. In total, we have seven pets. It is quite a handful if you ask but having pets at home is one of our sources of happiness. Don't you agree? Having pets around is super therapeutic. They just suck the stress out of you. I was not a pet lover before until my sister brought a stray cat. Our cats are almost a year old now.

These photos were taken on different days. Also, this is my entry for @qurator's photography challenge. You can check the rules here if you like to join the challenge. Actually, this is my first time joining the photography challenge. :)

Meow! My name is Night!

This is Night. We named him Night because of his color, which is black. Often, night is associated with darkness. And it sounded cool, right? Lol. Look at this eye, though. It reminds me of Sauron'S eye from the movie Lord of the Rings.

I think Night was looking for birds in this picture. He is easily distracted by the chirps. It was a Sunday and we were just hanging out on the patio.

Night was born in the month of February. He has three other siblings. It was just so sad that their mom died after a month after them being born. We found the dead cat under our car, and there was a bite on her neck.

We suspected that a dog bit her and bled to death. It was so sad that day. She just gave birth and left her kitties.

Chillin' like a villain. He looks like a black jaguar here, lol.

Our cats like to chill out on the garden, especially on the grass and near the clay pots. Probably because the pots are cool after the rain. They like to rub their bodies against it. I noticed that they like to chew on those tall grasses. Are they hungry or just toying with the grasses? They munched it and spit some. I slightly legit worried for a minute thinking about it because it might be poison for them.

Night was like judging me in the right picture. 🤣 At this time, I was taking too many pictures, haha! So probably he was annoyed with the shutter sound. Look at those judgy eyes. "Oh, hooman."

Let's play, hooman!

I was teasing him with a dried leaf. Why do animals are so funny? Haha. They are so natural. I felt like at this point he was so pissed at me for not letting him grab the leaf. As a softie, I just gave in. He was so happy when he finally got that leaf.

He tripped so hard on the right picture. 🤣 He tried to grab that thin leaf but I kept pulling it up. He jumped too hard, lol. Do not worry, he was okay.

He got tired at this point from jumping and forgot about that damn leaf.

It might sound cheesy and corny but pets are my stress reliever. They make me happy because they are natural comedians. Sometimes it is annoying to have a pet because you have to clean and pick poop every time (HAHA) but having them in life is a joy. Screw the poop, haha! I <3 u, Night!

That is it for this blog. I will see you at the next one!
