James O'Keefe put together a great presentation about how homosexuality has a biological purpose in our social structure. He presents a very solid argument about it being a genetic factor that is triggered before birth, while the baby is developing in the womb. Very interesting!
He said that for every older biological male sibling you have(if you are a male), there is an additional 33% chance that you will be homosexual. It has to do with the circumstance of the family as a whole, and not only the individual.
I highly recommend giving it a watch!
