United we stand, The more we Grow!! ............Hello Everyone...
What it takes a “Team” to succeed?? Take the example of our Indian Cricket team, they are performing exceptionally well. Analysing the question I reached to few points…mutual understanding, mutual respect, mutual co-operation and eagerness to do better. Even in my office I notice without a team work nothing can achievable and it is beneficial for all.
Welcome to TeamIndia – who “WE” are??
Lately we noticed that there are multiple servers running in discord, as a smaller group, and many people are attending in all servers. Even I received two invite one from software engineer @bobinson and another from enthusiastic researcher @rainsa (hope this time I am correct ).
We planned and decided to make a centralised server for Steemit India to grow. @rainsa sacrificing her own server and brought all its member under one roof, with few numbers initially we grew to 55 within 2 days. We are TEAMINDIA !!!
Team India Agenda & Motto - What we Aim to Do ??
With the merger of 2 server @bobinson & @rainsa, we held our first meeting (last Saturday), with many major inputs and suggestion coming from everyone @face2face @jatinhota , we have finalised on following agenda initially:
Agenda
- We are all here for the same purpose, same vision - we are looking to spread the goodness available via this platform. And if possible create a PAL like model for people from Indian subcontinent and people interested in India and its culture
- We are all in for bringing in people from various walks of life - lets invite as many people into STEEM and to TeamIndia
- We need to have curation - various subjects / topics. need more discussion
- Delegation of SP needs to be done to incentivize and retain users
- Reach out to @firepower & other community leaders for support and involve them for growth.
Our Motto
Apart from the bigger scope, which our think tank are working on currently, we are more focussing to make our own people to grow in steemit. Our motto covers all:
- Mutual upvote, mutual growth
- Helping hand to new steemians
- Focus on growth of India’s arts and crafts, musician photographer etc
- Guiding hand to story and content writer.
So basically, we help each other and respect each other works. We are welcoming and seeking all guiding and helping hand from everyone in making TeamIndia a bigger cohesive unit.
