INDULGE... AND EAT IT!
Hi my new Steemit friends! I have never been a social media Guru, actually I don't even have a Facebook! But my neices and nephews @gringalicious, @uglysweater, @rigaronib, @alovelymess, @freerunner, @trumpit, @drobinson, @fullofhope, and my son @hotrod, told me I should try Steemit! So, I realized that this Blog could be my way to share my thoughts of living life, and finding Your Happy Place! So, here it goes!!
I believe that true happiness IS a choice! Yes, we all have obligations to our family, and responsibilities of life, but there is NO reason not to choose more fun ways to accomplish your day.
How many times have you heard someone say, I hate my job, I don't like where I live, I don't have many real friends, I feel terrible, and so on. I believe most people believe they don't have ANY choice to change jobs, meet new friends, move to different locations, improve their appearance, get healthier, find a new hobby, etc.
But even in this busy, hectic, social media "Facebook" world, I believe the BEST moments or relationships are worth a REAL phone call, or better yet, a REAL visit! Aren't the most dear people in your life worth 5 minutes of your day?
When your kids tug at you while you are busy doing dishes, and ask you to play, DO IT! Your dishes will be there later, but the precious moments with your kids may not!
We all have SOOOO much to be thankful for! A dear friend once said to me.....If you woke up in the morning, and ONLY had what you thanked God for the night before.....What would you have?
Life is SO short, we blink and 10 years pass! Start living each day like there's NO tomorrow! Yes, life may suck sometimes, but instead of worrying about problems or world events that you can't change, treat today like tomorrow IS your last day. How would you spend your day if that were the case? Worrying? Stressed? Putting off friends or family because you're "busy"? How about....Ride the roller coaster of life with your hands in the air!!!
HAVE FUN! LAUGH! EAT A PIZZA!!!!
So, I want this Blog to be filled with fun, and help you all remember......Life IS a donut!!! Indulge!
